3I went to the office to file for retirement.the women gave me a sticky note paper, said call this number. But what she didn't know is my friend came in after me. She put him in the computer. Told him what he needs to bring in. All right there in the office! Obviously favoritism. I'll have to do it on my own. She needs to be fired
It’s always best to go there instead of waiting on hold forever. They were very prompt.
The "gentleman" I delt with was NOT VERY NICE! I'm trying to explain something to him and not only did he keep interrupting me, he was not listening to what I was trying to explain to him. He was like that the 1st time I was there to turn in papers that were not very well explained.
If you don't have the personality to work with the public, seek other employment! Don't even know his name, they don't wear name tags but he was at window #2. I sure hope when I go back to drop off the completed papers, his attitude will improve! Stop treating people like their scrubs. I PAID INTO SOCIAL SECURITY EVERY PAY DAY! Just STOP being a jerk to those that are there trying to figure out what needs to be done.
I'm afraid to ask for a new SS card. I washed mine and I can't read it.
