SoFi, New York NY

This company is terrible. They are aware that they have the ability to help their customers, as the cares act has been extended again, but instead prefer to be money grubbing. My loan was in the process of funding and they refused to put a stop on it, even though they are aware that government repayment has been extended an additional 3-4 months. Terrible service, 0 accommodation, and they fully have the ability to help people but have decided not to. Would never recommend them to anyone.

An absolutely incredible mobileApp experience. I can’t speak highly enough of this amazing company. I called customer service for an issue I had and the issue was resolved within minutes, and I was on hold for less than 30 seconds!

Customer support is abysmal. You would think this company does not want to make money. My first name is abbreviated on my state issued license because it is too long to fit. This is causing issues when trying to open an account. I called customer support and they literally told me they could not do anything to help. Cut and dry that was the end of support. I can only imagine what kind of support you can expect even after you open an account and they are holding your funds. I would stay far away from this organization.

DId a REFI with them. I am very happy with how everything went. Was approved in less than 2 weeks, closing done in less then four weeks. Account management setup in less then one month. Escrow balances updated with 100% accuracy. Very impressive and so far SOFI's and Cenlar its servicor (Which I have had in the past) have been wonderful and quick to respond.

Endless streams of unsolicited mail! Never accept unsolicited offers. Comparsion shop, start with banks you Already have accts and relationships with! The terms and rates offered are for fools! Don't be one.

I'm using them for a checking account only with a good interest rate and these guys are fantastic. Free checks? Yea got it. ATM fees? Covered. Good customer service and an easy to navigate website? They got it and I am not the best with computers. I'm gonna try and get my friends on board.over 2% on checking is amazing and better than MOST savings accounts from mainstream banks.
