Such a professional salon. Very relaxing and quiet environment. Super clean and their work is always superb. A hidden gem in this neighborhood.

The staff was nice and the price was okay, but the nail polish fell off after 2 days. I was very excited to get my nails done, and now I only have 5/10 gelled nails left after less than a week. Is a re-do possible?

WORST SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO.
I never care enough to post reviews but all I could think about through the duration of my manicure was how much I need to express to others this place. For someone who consistently gets manicures every 2-3 weeks I feel as though I can confidently review a place as such.
I get dip manicures, and very often get tips on my nails. Every place I have ever gone to has had the same routine for tips. I had 2 broken nails and needed 2 tips. For starters, the woman attempted removing mydip with a nail file while there were perfectly good drills that others were utilizing right next to her. (Pictured) When all else (still not using the drill) failed she proceeded to use a METROCARD (can we talk about how unsanitary?) to remove my dip. (I SHOULDVE LEFT HERE! Shame on me) Considering how regularly and long I have been getting dip manicures my nails are fairly weak. I politely asked the girl who was so aggressively filing down on my nails to please be careful as she was about to break the rest of my nails. She somewhat listened. Another woman then came by to attach my 2 tips. On one finger she placed a tip, on the next she placed a piece of gauze in which she start cutting with eyebrow scissors and putting a powder substance on it to "make it look more natural". As you can see in the image the "more natural" nail is quite literally resembling the beak of Donald Duck. Not to mention I was here for 2 HOURS and couldn’t even find the salon initially because you have to trek up 3 floors. In some hidden doorway.
I am afraid of the quality and fear this
manicure (for $70) will not last more than a week.

UPDATE: pictured is my nail falling off after 4 DAYS! I repeat do not go to this place. Negative stars.

Terrible customer service and left a piece of my big toe blank. Receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. Treated me (black) differently from the white clients.

One of the employees was very rude.started yelling at me for not moving my hands in the right position.the prices were fine but not the staff.

Wife and daughter had nails done here. Friendly staff, reasonable prices. It’s at the third floor (took us some time to figure that out)

I have live in NYC for 7 years and have not found a nail salon as consistently good in value and quality as Soho Nails. I will travel 30 minutes on the subway for a pedicure. I recommend this spot to everyone!

My nails were beautiful by the time I was done, and the experience was relaxing and rejuvenating. Not the best place to come have a chat with your bestie though, I felt bad because it seemed to disturb the staff.

Ni one does nails like brazilians.can't find anyone good.last week I paid 79 dollars what a joke and it is just regular mani/ pedi

Took super long, charged more than online menu, nails were not straight, “french tips” were not clean. Will not return. Pictures are a little over a week old but both the gel polish and nails cracked and chipped. Do not recommend

The pedicure was decent however the dip SNS manicure was mediocre. You can see how uneven it is in the photo.

Came here while running errands in the city before heading to a wedding. Let’s just say, I definitely won’t be back. Gel manicure chipped off within 3 days. I’ve had gel last a minimum of 2 weeks from other salons. On top of that, my toe nails were cut to close to the skin. My toe was swollen & in a lot of pain the next day. Not cute a vibe…

I am from Kissimmee Florida and needed to touch up my nails. Very glad I came upon this place, they were so nice and professional. Niki did an excellent job on my nails and face wax. The manager was so kind too.

This is my and my roommate’s go to neighborhood nail salon and we love it! It’s so reasonably priced and the nail technicians all do a wonderful job. I get the gel usually and it’s definitely the best price I’ve ever seen in the city, they also have dip! My roommate always gets regular polish and even on her fingernails it usually last almost a week without chipping. I would recommend making an appointment as they are popular, but they can usually get you in the same day.

Best place for waxing (quick and painless) and great for a manicure and pedicure too. You can make an appointment with your go-to person but I just walk in and every single employee is great. The place is kept clean. They're friendly and efficient.

I had a gel powder manicure there. Worst gel powder manicure I ever had! I saw right away that the girl did not know how to do the gel powder manicure. It’s only 10 days, most of my nails fell off and some are 1/2 off. My gel powder manicures usually last 3-4 weeks and I only end up doing it again because it’s outgrown not because it peels off! And the nerve of the person that answered the phone there when I called to complain. She told me that gel powder manicures only last for 10 days! Bull sh! That’s in your place if you don’t know what you are doing!

The owner answered this review after I posted it! Why didn’t the person that answered the phone offer me to come in and fix my manicure. She told me that it’s only supposed to last 10 days! I wouldn’t step back into your place even for a free manicure! I would love my money back! It’s a pretty expensive manicure to last a week!

Got a gel mani and pedi. The actual service was pretty good but within 5 days my nails were chipping and the gel was coming off. Pretty disappointing when I paid ~$100. I won’t go back.

My sister and I went here after making an appointment last minute and we got ripped off. We went there for a spa hand treatment and tips with a usual manicure and the everything was great until I had to get my nail art design on my thumb. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted, which was a tunnel of hearts and it was not worth the price at all. It was poorly done and I do not blame the lady, I blame the lack of equipment they had. My sister and I both got cuts when they were taking our cuticles off but it was okay because they treated it right after. I think my techs name was Lisa and she did a great job on my nails. I loved how she did the hand massage and how my nails looked after. She didn’t do designs but another lady did. Go her if you’re looking to get a nice manicure but no designs. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here, but i’m just disappointed in the nail design and the customer care.

Great place. Super clean, friendly and cheap. I’ve been going here for a decade and love everyone there. Always get a great mani/pedi no matter who. Thanks Susan!

Dorma just set my toes off, this technician knew I was very ticklish and kindly applied pressure to my feet quickly and got the job done. The service is great as well; very flexible schedule and can work with you if you can't make it on time. I'm surprised I haven't reviewed yet since I've been coming here since 2016.

I love it here, coming all the way from Brooklyn to see my queens.
