I have stared at a picture of the ring I wanted for 3 years before we could afford it. We finally contacted for information about ordering online.jack was amazing. Very quick responses. Never complained about the amount of emails I sent. Worked so hard to make the ring perfect for us. I could not be any happier with the ring or the service. I would highly recommend to everyone!
