Soma, Huntington Station NY

The sales girls tried to be helpful but have no clue how to find garments for a naturally endowed woman. The quality for the price is not great. I had to ask for a bag even though I had a few hundred dollars worth of stuff. Lousy service.

I do not know how to convey how appreciative I was of the excellent customer service experience I had at Soma. It was my first time shopping there and I was so impressed with the kind, patient, knowledgeable service I received from Maggie. I am also in sales and I know what a challenge the job can be these days. Thank you Maggie, for a great experience.

I received a partial order, and the money was taken out of my account the day I ordered. I finally found a phone number to call, only to have a lady say it may come later, when my packing slip mentioned nothing about that. She said I'd have to hold the ph line bc a CUSTOMER was on the line. Who was I? Apparently, she was making another sale. I did NOT give them a 4 star rating either. Gave a 3 star and it changed on its own. I was made to feel that I simply didn't matter. No problems in the past, but this treatment, after not receiving nothing saying the order was shipping or not.

Great materials, good quality, attractive and unique designs.
My wife loved what I got her.
