I had a very good experience from looking for what I wanted in the show room, to the staff person who came to measure my windows and the installer. All were very knowledgeable, professional and kind.

Kerriane Herzewski was the best. We were greeted at the store promptly and the woman who took care of us there was very knowledgeable about what we wanted and helped us narrow down the choices which are many!

From the beginning to having them installed it was a pleasure working with everyone we came in contact with. It took 2 weeks from the time they were ordered to having them installed! Love the new window treatment. Would recommend this team of experts to anyone.

Went to the store and placed a custom order for a single window treatment. Paid in full (over $300) and received a signed receipt. Got a call a few days later saying they made a mistake on the order price and wanted way more money! (Over$140 more) we declined.
They never made an attempt to find a less expensive alternative or discount the increase. The sales person was new and other personal were available in the store but nobody made any attempt to make this right. They obviously don’t need my business…

We are so happy with our cellular blinds from Sonic Blinds. They were so patient as we figured out exactly which windows we wanted which type of blinds on. We were given swatches of colors and they came and measured our windows twice to be sure they had exact measurements. The majority of the blinds were made locally in their shop; only a few had to be elsewhere because of the custom order we had. The blinds were ready in a few weeks and the installer they sent was incredibly friendly and efficient - we couldn't believe how quickly he had them installed and we didn't have to move a single piece of furniture! Now that we've lived with the blinds for about a month we really can attest to how much we love them. All in all, a stellar business to work with and a fantastic product!

Everyone from the girls in the store to Mike and Amber who measured and the man who installed were professional, courteous and pleasant. The quality of the blinds exceeded our expectations. We are enjoying them. They are in a many windowed patio and we feel the difference with the heat and glare. They are beautiful and we wish we got them sooner. ️

Kerianne was great to work with regarding our options. After initial installations, we has a minor issue with kitchen sink blinds. Mike rapidly responded and had issue fixed quickly. Would definitely recommend!

My new blinds are fantastic. The installer was professional and so quick. The blinds are beautiful but I had one surprise. The outside that faces the street, is very white. I wasn't expecting that. I shopped around and really appreciated the price.

Ben and the team were fantastic to work with. While these are more costly than online blind makers, the quality is incredible. They measure each window and install the blinds. Having an older home means not all the windows are even at the top and bottom. Highly recommend
