Sonkin Dental, Elmont NY

I must say the EXPERIENCE i had at Sonkin was Amazing. I hate going to dentist, the last time I was at dentist office was about 7 years ago. Now, needing to get root canal forced me to go. The experience at Sonkin has really changed my perception of dentist offices. The Passion and Professionalism that goes into each patients is amazing. They explain the process in detail and are very gentle. Thank you Dr. Sonkin.

If you are looking for a dentist that works in excellency Sonkin Dental is where you want to go. The service is outstanding. The office setting/atmosphere is comfortable. Not once did the work done hurt me. Soreness yes but no pain. Thank you Dr. Sonkin. I feel healthy again.

Sonkin dental is the place to go if you have a fear of the dentist like
me the staff is very nice and Dr. Sonkin and his son are great dentist

Incredible friendly staff, and extremely skilled and intelligent dentists that take the time to explain everything that they are doing. Appreciate the comedic relief and great service during the various procedures that I have had here. Would highly recommend!

I have been calling you guys for long (2-3 weeks) and left multiple VM, your automated recording says you guys are back from Pandemic then how come you guys don’t answer the phone, or let say if you are not available then at least call back as i left VMs? What kind of service is this?

Dr. Sonkin has treated me and my family for years. He was probably the only dentist that helped me with my awful fear of dentists. After a few years that we didn’t have dental insurance I came back and paid out of pocket. He was not only incredible throughout the procedure but extremely helpful afterwards helping me make a plan. All in all I will continue recommending him to all of my friends and family. He is pleasant and skillful and well worth the visit!

Was a patient of Dr. Sonkin many years ago, when he took over Dr. Mallis' retiring practice. He had his assistant come into the room and take a photo of me in the chair without my permission. Not of my teeth for dental records.but of me in the chair! Very unprofessional. Never went back. Enough said.

My first experience with practice and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. In a word…FANTASTIC.from the reception area to the end of my visit. I haven’t been the best about my dental hygiene and the practice received me with care and concern and addressed my issues as a matter of life and death and I just want to thank everyone in the process. Thank you so much Joann for your thorough cleaning. I read some of the negative reviews before posting about my experience and I am sad to hear what I read but I am happy that that is not my truth. I would recommend the practice to anyone that is looking for a dentist. Dr. Sonkon preformed an amazing procedure and I was able to sleep through the nite and go to work the next day.
