Sonwil Distribution - DC01, Buffalo NY

I’m a local company and I’ve booked several loads with them in the past three years (through winter storms literally when no one else would). I am completely disappointed and exhausted. First I was given a straight through load which was Thursday (2weeks again). The load was a complete disaster which I’m sure the brokers knew. I tried to be nice! This load was held the entire week. After three thirty on Friday they will not respond to help until Monday morning. I had to involve the shipper and bring it back. They sent me a rate confirmation with gas reimbursement. Not that it matters because two weeks down the line I can’t get paid. SEVERAL Emails to the accounting department and phone calls. They’ve refused to respond. Instead they’ve unprofessionally got the broker to lie and call me and assure I would be paid last Friday. Now the broker doesn’t want to be involved and Sonwil doesn’t want to pay. In fact they have a whole another company delivering this load tomorrow. IVE had issues with the accounting department in the past. I’ve had issues with Sonwil’s loads in the past each time I’ve been forgiving and nice. Not paying someone is not on option. Everyone sitting over there receives a check on time, but doesn’t want to pay on time. They get contracts from the shippers to carry out, but can’t carry out the rate confirmation payment. This hasn’t EVER happened to my company. As they know although they screwed me over. I find it disrespectful that the accounting department has no regard to help, but can “relay” a false message through the broker. This is West Seneca location

Usually pretty quick loading nice office staff most generally morning are little slow but picks up in the afternoon so if your able to hit it in the am they will take you early as long as product is there and no overnight parking available

Helpful employees. Small area to back into a dock. So no overnight parking is available. There is Jim's truck stop a few miles away with a scale.

Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment, was docked and loaded in an hour. Fast and friendly, seemed very efficient. Room to manuver the truck easily. No complaints.

Got there to take empty trailer on the dock. Went to the window. Lady was sitting scrolling on her phone and eating popcorn. After 5-10 minutes without her noticing me, i just knocked lightly on the glass to get her attention. She turned around and asked me: Did you just knocked on the window, next time say excuse me.

I show up here 9 am for 2pm pick up and I get the door right up, the lady from shipping office it's very nice and friendly

Showed up about 20 minutes early for my appointment. Quick check-in and sent straight to a door. Had me loaded and out of there in about 45 minutes.

Got here an hour early right at open time 7 am, was put in a dock immediately, and within 15 minutes they got after it. There is no dock light they come out to you. Chuck tires, and disconnect air to trailer. Large lot and easy angled blind sided dock loading, As long as there is no trucks in the dock at 250 that is. Over night parking is allowed, no bathrooms if you stay though, and the closest one is either Denny's or the gas station by the airport (about a half mile walk). A note on this, I'm from here, you are under a mile walk from the Olive Tree restaurant from here, and they have outstanding food.
