I am here with my sister for breakfast but the website is outdated, with the wrong address. Sooo disappointed.
Excellent place to eat the toast is a must try, buttery warm piece of homemade toast. The food was delicious, and no one complained, which was terrific cause we looked around for a local good-rated breakfast, and we found this one in Buffalo, NY. The waitress was friendly and interactive, with a good sense of humor. We had to wait 30 mins on a Sunday to be seated, but it was worth it. If you are near this area and have the time, it is a must-try place.

Gotta be good

Pretty great diner. Awesome for breakfast or lunch. Great hash potatoes, benedicts, and several polish specialties.
Always a wonderful meal and worth the wait. The staff is always super friendly despite the rush, quality has been the same for years. Honorable mention to their strawberry mimosa (seasonal, so watch for it), pancakes, and homemade toast. Every person I've introduced has become a repeat customer. Can't wait for the new location!
Quite literally the best Greek omelet I have ever had. Made to perfection. Service was warm, genuinely welcoming and made the whole experience just great. There is a wait for tables at 8 am but I took a counter seat and enjoyed the busy atmosphere. Thank you!
I don't really want too many people how good this is because I want to come back often, now that I have discovered this gem. They are pretty busy already.we had to wait about 20 minutes; BUT they have a cute covered porch outside and everyone was talking to everyone else. I love that "small town" atmosphere! Second, let me say that I consider myself a coffee snob and often won't get coffee in a restaurant.the coffee they serve here is local and it is SO GOOD that I did not need any sugar (I aways use sugar). I told them I would come back for the coffee alone!
Then we ordered two gyro breakfasts and it was good and plentiful. They include homemade bread; and here is the second huge surprise.this bread is SO GOOD that I did not need to put any jam on it (I always use jam).
The waiter was super sweet and super cute (for my daughter maybe?) This is our next "go to" for breakfast.
I LOOOOOOOOVE Sophia's. I've put a few pics on here in the past of the beautiful plates of food. I'll be sad to see the original bldg closed up. It has cozy spots to sit and have conversations while I eat with friends.
I'm sure the new and much bigger place that they're moving to a block away will be fabulous. I worked waitress at the 'new' bldg when it was the former M&E Lounge yrs ago.
I'm happy it's being revived and dolled up.
Can't wait to eat breakfast there. But will go to the original one a few more times hopefully before they closed it up.
Congrats to Sophia's new Diggs. SEE ya there.
This is probably my favorite breakfast spot near me. My preference leans toward the breakfast big plates because I can pick and choose what goes into my dish. Staff are very attentive, and the service is quick. Food is always savory and filling.
The food is so delicious, fresh & served hot. Customer service was the best. It's a really cool spot to eat at w good food & chill vibes.
We had a very very long wait just 2 be seated. But, it was worth the wait. Food delicious. It was reasonably priced.
The BESTTTTTTTTTT spot, hands down.only con is they’re not open 24/7.but i go faithfully once a week
Ordered the vegetable omelet, with homemade bread and home fries. The turn off was the black metal speckles either from a worn down grille or from the "seen better days" frying pans, on the food. It killed my appetite. The waitress was friendly, helpful and a people person and my tip reflected those attributes. The floor needed to be vacuumed. Had dirt and white dust on it. The Ladies room didn't have any soap or hand towels. Disgusting.
Best breakfast I’ve had in the states! I’ll go back for lunch/dinner.
So fresh, tasty and clean!
