6The doctors are great but there is one woman at the front desk who clearly loathes her job. The rest of the staff is patient and friendly.please don’t let the front desk deter you from visiting.
Dr Tesler is amazing and so is her asst but the front desk receptionist name Desiree ️ Lord she’s RUDE. Try to change an appt for my toddler and turned into a back and forth with this girl. She kept huffing & puffing and sucking her teeth when I ask questions. Seriously so unprofessional
Dr. Berman is wonderful and professional but on multiple occasions we have had a poor experience with unnecessary rude front desk employees making snide comments and giving us an attitude for no reason. Quite off putting where it makes us want to leave the practice if we are constantly treated like this.
I love Soundview doctors, but calling in for a question or following up on getting the letter for a school could be awful. There is this one lady at the reception that is extremely and unnecessary RUDE.
Dr Kaplan has been our family pediatrician for over 18 years. I cannot praise him enough for his consistent professionalism and attention he has extended over the childhood and teenage years of my boys. On the rare occasion he was not available all the other doctors are also great. Cannot say enough nice things about this office and staff.
All the pedestrians are great. They are available to take calls after hours and can see patients on weekends if needed.
