Emma diaz is so unprofessional - i scheduled two appointments & she was a no show for both.she is so rude.do not rent here!

Major issues with security and safety. Way too easy for the wrong person to get in.

Water shut-offs nearly every month.

Elevators always have major problems—like not registering a floor when pressed or getting stuck.

Rent hikes are insane. More than doubled.

A/C is off in the halls consistently.

Walls super thin

Deliveries constantly getting misdirected. Calls to my apt for someone elses food/groceries.

This is not a true luxury building. Prices do not reflect the true nature of how poor the quality has degraded to. Exceptionally greedy leasing office. No care for great tenants or loyalty. Poor upkeep.

After 30 years as a tenant, my rent almost doubled during covid so I had to move out. No negotiations were possible. Greed ruled the day for this landlord, as it does for all.

Don’t even feel like elaborating, just trust a stranger.this place is a disaster.don’t waste your time or money.
