Stay the F_k away from this place. Stopped by to see a vehicle, they didn't even let me. Saying I needed to sign in or I can't see a car. Total BS. You're not required to sign anything when u walk into any business establishment. Totally unprofessional. I guess they need your info to sell it to someone. I'll get my new nissan somewhere else.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation. Staff was friendly and work done in a timely manner. Will definitely be back for my service in the future. Been with Nissan for years, never had an issue
Do not go here! Made a trade in and they refuse to notify dmv of ownership so it’s shows lapsed car insurance. All they had to do was give a letter to take to the dmv but instead they said go to the cops. Don’t go there if you value service, once they have your money they don’t care about anything else
Martha was wonderful as usual. Friendly, helpful and efficient.technicians got the work done in a timely manner.
I found the service advisor to be courteous and knowledgeable. Very professional business. When I told them what the problem was, they made sure to check everything that could possibly cause the problem and ultimately found and repaired it. I had previously gone to Bay Ridge Nissan in Brooklyn and they refused to check other possible causes of the problem and incorrectly diagnosed the problem. Glad I went to South Shore Nissan for a second opinion.
These people are a joke give you the run around for more than a week, force you into something and when asked for a bit to talk it through they sell the car you were decided on, not only that Darlene seems to be a bit racist, think I'll take her comments to news 12, bc it was unsettling the things she had to say about a white guy with a Dominican gf. Don't waste your time

The atmosphere is perfect. The Employees are very professional, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable.
Flawless service experience. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Staff was competent, friendly and efficient. In and out of service in less than an hour. Waited in the comfortable service lounge with coffee and free WiFi. Constant updates and communication on service process. This is how every dealership should handle service. Well done to whole South Shore Nissan staff and especially to my service rep Martha who was amazing!
Terrible dealership made a cash deal went to pick up car and wanted 3k dealer mark after deal was done and check in hand beware
