I don't normally leave reviews but the level of service I got was outstanding. Had an issue with our boiler where it kept producing heat, even when our thermostat was set to off. Technician James was quickly able to determine the issue and offered the solution right away. James was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I had previous contractors come and try to fix the issue but none were successful. I will definitely be considering only South Shore for any future plumbing and heating issues.

Two teams came to do two different projects in the house. Professional and courteous, very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

This is a review I should have left 2 years ago. But I'm going to tell my experience about this company. I was hired to work here and then got wrongfully terminated within the same week in April 2021. I did everything they asked, I asked questions that I thought would be helpful and I did the job to the best of my ability. I was not given a chance to prove if this was a "good fit" for me. I don't know how it is today but when I worked there, I noticed an obvious disconnect between management and employees. It seems like management is not honest with employees in general when it comes to realistic tasks or helping us out. I was never reprimanded or warned about anything. When I got let go, They didn't give me a real reason. The way management ran things when I worked there speaks to the poor morale of the workplace that I have noticed.

Dennis and his team are absolutely great! Dennis came to my house to look at a job I had re-connecting an old vent pipe that someone previously had cut out and rewiring a boiler that another company incorrectly wired. He knew exactly what had to be done how to do it and communicated the problem very well. He is very passionate about what he does and is very experienced and knowledgeable. His secretary Nicole is very responsive and courteous and the 2 technicians Kyle and TJ that came to do the work were friendly, efficient, knew what they were doing and very helpful answering my questions. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.

Beware: two Spanish guys one with glasses the other with a messed up left eye! (FYI I am Spanish myself so it’s not their ethnicity)

Installed a gas hot water heater. Had a nasty exhaust smell all throughout my house with two little kids in the house. Was never advised to open a window or anything prior to them starting the job. “Master plumber” said he didn’t smell anything but everyone else did. Then to top it off after they left I went down stairs to clean up the rest of their mess I noticed they had stolen stuff from me that I had out. Called Nicole in the office and she only addressed the odor not her workers stealing from my residence! What a professional company they steal from homes they service and keep their backs to the cameras when walking outside!
I would not recommend using them unless you like not trusting people you let inside your home!

Our experience was absolutely an awesome one! Our furnace went out. It had to be replaced. South Shore was amazing! They came two days later, installed a new gas furnace. The guys were very professional and knowledgeable. There price was extremely reasonable. We had other estimates, but there price and knowledge beat everyone! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They were neat and clean with the installation as well. Thank you guys!
