We were referred by Rich White from Jim White's Auto to speak with Sierra about how to refinance a large car payment. We not only got a much lower rate, we financed another vehicle through Sierra!
Wonderful customer service! She left no stone unturned in helping us get a good rate for both scenarios. She was always available to answer questions and help us complete paperwork.

I would give them a 0 star if possible. Customer service is just horrible. I have been dealing with them for 10+ years and the past year they have been rude and arrogant. They don’t communicate with you or tell you anything. I wish could close my line with them but I can’t. They need to re evaluate there employees.
They need to improve on customer service. Anytime I’ve ever had to talk to anyone on the phone or in person, that person just doesn’t seem very friendly. I deal with the public all the time and there are times I’m not feeling up to it but it’s part of the job to act friendly even if you don’t feel like doing it.
