2 If you are a family vacationing or renting in the southern tier this is the place for customer service! I called from back home and explained to the very nice customer service person that my family was renting a house for the weekend and we needed some firewood to enjoy. My concern was immediately handled, the address was given, and within that same hour the firewood was delivered and nicely placed near the fire pit.
The individuals that delivered the wood were more than nice and the amount of wood ordered was more than generous for the amount paid for! ! All around great customer service and will definitely call again when visiting the southern tier in the future.
We stop here every time we're in the area camping and you can't beat the quatlity or the price. Best dry camp lumber around.
