Noon. People standing around not knowing what the process is. Cars backing up. Looks like 2 people working. Long line at cashier. Cashier is parking cars. People frustrated. I am blocked in or I would leave. Cars blocking street.
Take your own chances. Absolute joke of a business.

Very smooth process. We made our reservation on spothero app and we arrived half hour early. The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant. Told us we are just going to pay for half hour more at the checkout. All of the staff are pleasant and very helpful at giving directions. Very clean. Most of all, the price is very customer friendly/affordable. Thank you to all the staff. I always dread coming to New York due to traffic and parking problems but you made this trip less stressful.

My wife is historical because her car is parked there and she is working late in a building nearby Grand Central Station. And nobody’s answering the phone.it is currently 240 AM she’s been calling for the last 45 minutes. Last night she was able to get the car and speak to an attendant l at 1: 30 AM it says on Google that you’re open. Yet nobody answers the phone and she’s alone and stranded with no way to get home nobody answering the phone while you guys have the car held hostage. Who does business like that? Actually I don’t even blame the attendant as much as I blame the fact that your corporation probably pays man who lives somewhere in the outer boroughs and travels an hour or longer to get to work minimum wage and when someone’s getting paid that small amount of money why should they stay up at 2 o’clock in the morning to yield one phone call? Disgusting.

Bad experience paid with SpotHero and had nothing but trouble afterwards took 45 minutes of arguing to get my car even after I was going to pay again just so I can leave poor service then they gave up trying to charge me ask where is my car and who I gave it to! I told him it was you no one else was working that morning! Then they wanted my drivers license ID which was a no deal never again will I use that place

Took my Ferrari for a joy ride! Rev’d it, redlined it, recklessly driven all around NYC. We have it on video (seen from the 30th floor of our hotel room) by the 2 guys working after 11pm on August 5th on Grand Hyatt Valet Parking. Pathetic!

Staff was great and they took good care of the brand new car I love and left for 24 hours. There were cars there that cost 3 times what I paid for mine so I was not worried at all about how they’d treat it. Got it back and not a scratch. Had a little fun cutting up with staff. Good people. We’ll be back

When I got there after successfully making a reservation through a parking app, they were overbooked and said there was nothing they could do, period. DON’T GO.
