Very discriminat behavior at this place. It's a shame that someone would behave this way towards women. Unprovoked.

Only stayed for the price and the fact that we prepaid. The attendant was astoundingly rude and unpleasant. I even tried to sympathize with him and ask him if he was OK but that didn't change his demeanor at all. Now just looking at the reviews he must be like that with everyone. I won't be utilizing a SP+ parking lot again.

Terrible experience! And I see people have been posting the same thing here for years! I drove 2 feet past a sign, which is attached to the ceiling, that said stop here. Instead I stopped at the spot that said "drop off" the staff member was immediately aggressive, insulting and ignorant. Clearly did not want to do his job, just told us to drive out and park somewhere but I had prepaid so I refused. Would not speak to us until we reversed up the ramp, refused to let me let my parents out on the flat section. He was obnoxious and quickly turned the interaction into a shouting match calling me stupid for not seeing the sign on the ceiling. He is clearly untouchable because everyone is having the same experience and he still works there! So thankful that a hole wasn't working when I came to collect the car. Don't bother asking me to email direct SP+ just sort your staff out!

If I could give less an a 1, I would. The bald African attendant is one of the nastiest people I’ve met. I pulled up slightly past the stop sign and he starts yelling. I apologized for “ruining his system” but he continued to just yell and not want to resolve, literally driving me off the lot. Worst service ever.

This place is a joke. Horrible service and they charge an “oversize fee” on top of already incorrectly posted hourly rates if your car is anything bigger than a Prius (without telling you beforehand). Don’t waste your money.

Dont park in this parking garage, the guy is super rude! Not even worth the wait or the money, you can find better parking garage.
