9 DO NOT PARK HERE - ZERO STARS
This garage is not recommended - left the vehicle overnight and when I picked up this morning the drivers seat was all the way back and there was a pillow in there.that is literally appalling. Do not leave your car here.
If I was able I would give 0 stars. Parked my brand new suv vehicle 7/23 to 7/25. Vehicle had no body damage, when picking up the vehicle the garage attendant could not even locate it for 20 minutes was going back and forth. When picked up the car did not realize to check my roof and gps antenna was scrapped and roof had a huge dent, I only noticed that the next day while pumping gas in the sunlight. The garage forwarded all info for the company that does their claim, "what a surprize" they refuse to approve it because it was not reported right away. Well, when you give a vehicle you don't expect to even check your roof because you expect everyone is going to treat your property with respect and careful behaviour. I have requested their claim company to provide video surveilance recordings showing vehicle arriving and leaving, have not received this info as of yet. I will keep this review here unless the garage managent will step up and own for their garage attendant recless behaviour that damaged my property. Let's see how they want to end this story, the ball is in their hands.
I made a reservation using bestparking for a parking spot at this location from 8: 30am to 6: 30pm for $25. Unfortunately, I was late by 15-20 minutes and was charged an additional $37, which is completely excessive. Not only is the extra charge unfair, but the customer service was also unhelpful and unsympathetic when I raised my concerns. This place is a complete scam and a major disappointment. I strongly urge everyone to avoid parking here to avoid the same frustrating experience I had.
Great service. I parked my car here through the best parking app. Got it for a good price and even though they were full Eddie made sure to get us in which I appreciated very much being that I was on a time crunch!
Pre paid and made a reservation the day before. I arrived on time and the manager basically was yelling at me that they were full, tried to send me to another garage that was also full when I called. Took no responsibility for taking my money and providing no spot. And refused to refund me. To the garage owner - please don’t make reservations and take prepayment if you can’t handle it.
This place is poorly managed is ridiculous. I had a reservation and when I pulled into the garage they refused to take my car because the lot was full. What’s the point of having a reservation if you are just going to overbook and turn people away. The the attendant has the audacity to get mad at me, should be mad at your management not the paying customers.
This is a follow up review to my buddy David's. I paid for and reserved a spot for the garage months before our trip, and upon arrival, the attendant claimed that the parking garage was full and that it wasn't a big deal because there are garages everywhere. It was when I was ready to leave that my friends argued with the attendant, when he miraculously decided that there was a spot for the car. I don't know why he didn't want to take us, but yea that's the story. I want to note that I have used both SpotHero and numerous other garages in NYC and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Stay away from this place 100%.
After my friend made reservations months in advance on SpotHero we showed up and were denied parking. After arguing our case we were then available to park, the man working was attempting to rip us off and was clearly being difficult/lazy.
