It's true—the Kiosks are all broken, like all the other reviews said. However, you can pay with cash at the booth. Prices are somewhat expensive.

This is a huge parking lot and there is a lot of space but you pay $11 for one hour of parking that's a bit overpriced if you ask me.

This is a brand new parking lot.
Prices are in line with what you would expect in NYC (see photo).
It seems you can pay scanning a QR code but we didn’t use it, we preferred to go to the booth. The guy was accommodating and fast.
There are bumpers to avoid making silly mistakes, but alas as usual the space between cars is limited, pay attention when opening the door
