Had my car taken there by valet through the Hampton inn on the same street and it was returned to me with my rear passenger door completely caved in and damage to my rocker panel. The valet driver didn't inform me of this either. Tried to call multiple times and either no one was there to take my call, customer service number was out of service or got put on hold for ridiculous amounts of time for a response only to be told they won't even entertain the idea of checking to see if camera footage is available for insurance purposes without a police report. They make it unnecessarily difficult to contact them in order to avoid consequences for their negligence. If you value your vehicle, do not take it here.
