Do not waste your time here for laser hair removal. They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing so they recommend way less treatments. Then you will actually need, and then once you see no results they will just try to hook you for four treatments. This is a waste of time and money and quite frankly it is an absolute scam. Don’t waste your time just go to the professionals.

Had body wrap with Kylie. This is the first time I tried anything like this. It was an excellent mixture of relaxation, massage and skin care. She was very skilled at all aspects of the service. I highly recommend

Steph Marino is AMAZING for facials and waxing - she is a nurse so you’ll feel comfortable from the second you meet her (even when she’s all up in your private parts)!

Kylie has the hands of a miracle worker and you need to book a massage with her ASAP. I swear - idk what she does with those hands of hers but they feel INCREDIBLE and she has a sixth sense to see what’s going on in your body and work it all out. 10/10 recommend!

I had the most luxurious exfoliating facial with Alicia today. This spa is everything I needed a few weeks before my wedding. It was an absolute dream. Alicia was very sweet and helpful addressing my skin concerns and took her time massaging and extracting my skin. This spa is unlike anything I have ever experienced. She didn't just work on my face but also massaged my scalp, neck, arms and hands. All of their products smell incredible. A truly exceptional experience worth every dime. Thank you so much Alicia!

I am suffering from lower back pain, my own fault, too much sitting, and not enough stretching before exercise. KYLIE gave me an amazing 30 minute deep tissue massage. I told her to do her worst haha and she really gave it to me. I am still a little achey but feel way way better than I did when I arrived. Going back for another in 2 weeks. Highly Recommend this place and Kylie. She knows what she is doing. Very sweet and professional!

I visited the spa yesterday for the "Day at the Spa" package, which my husband gifted to me for my birthday. The day started with a hot stone massage with Kylie which was heaven sent - I will definitely be back to see her. She was attentive, kind, and continuously checked on me to ensure I was enjoying myself throughout the day - not to mention she is an extremely skilled therapist! Next I was with Maria for the Coconut Cream Body Glow treatment and a facial. Maria was fantastic, and super knowledgeable. She made several recommendations to allow me to continue to care for my skin with the high quality products they offer. She tailored the recommendations to suit my concerns, and gave me a detailed schedule of when to use each product. The Coconut Cream Body Glow was just OK in my opinion, I probably wouldn't have opted for it outside of the package. Last but not least I visited with Mimi for a mani/pedi. She was as lovely as the other women, and her attention to detail was outstanding. My nails leave a lot to be desired because I habitually pick at my cuticles when I'm anxious. She made my hands look and feel like a million bucks. All in all, from the receptionist to each and every employee I interacted with, it was a lovely experience and I will definitely be back to spend time with them again! I told my husband he never needs to buy me a different gift - Spa Cascada gift cards for life!

Also had a massage with Samantha which was absolutely wonderful. I have back and neck issues and they were gone after my massage. I will definitely return to Spa Cascada.

My friend and I had body scrubs, massage and facial during our girls' getaway weekend.wow, the services were so relaxing and felt amazing! The staff was super friendly, professional and even gave us a great lunch recommendation! We aren't from the area but if we visit again, we'll be sure to book another service with the great staff at Spa Cascada!

I was lucky to get an appointment with Clare. She was professional, sweet and gave an amazing massage. It was one of the best massages I have ever had!

First time I went everything was amazing, specifically Eliza the masseuse. Second time, for a much larger and much more expensive event, I had arranged a spa package for 4 people (nearly $700) and received a call about a week before saying that they could no longer accommodate the group package, and could only offer 1 of the 4 services detailed in the package.additionally, they had to spread my group over 4 hours. They had also taken a 50% deposit meaning I overpaid by $50 after they cancelled the other services.

I won’t go back after that. It’s my recommendation that if you have more than just yourself, keep looking for other places that can accommodate you.

Overall it’s a nice environment but that blatant lack of organization at my expense really wasn’t cool
