7My friend went yesterday, nail already coming off. Asked for ombre, they gave her HALF AND HALF.what she wanted vs what she got
Told the usual lady in the front that I’m there for a pedicure and she called out to the people in the back as she always does. Went to the back and stood for awhile waiting to see who was taking me. There was no acknowledgment, no one told me to sit and wait, no one told me how long or that there even was a wait. I waited almost 20 minutes with no acknowledgement so I left to the other salon up the block. That highly annoyed me.
I used to come here all the time back when I lived in harlem. I returned during my visit to get my nails, toes, and brows done. My brows came out perfect per usual but it was $110 even though I asked for regular polish on both my nails and toes. But they started my nails with gel so I just went with it as they had took super long to do my toes and get up to polishing my nails. I was so tired and ready to go by then that I just let It Rock. But $110? I guess. Minutes after I left I noticed the gel start to have indents in it already so I went back and had three of my nails fixed while standing up. They didn't even offer me a chair lol things have sure changed.

Went in for a quick pedicure. It's nice that they take your temp when you come in and the massage chair is awesome.
I was so happy to see everyone and they were well prepared for safety. Temperatures taken and forms to fill out with lots of social distancing. Staff is great.
I love this place so much! Soso does my nails, she's the absolute best! She's always friendly and keeps my nails looking fresh I always get compliments.
