I ordered my daughter a school sweatshirt and unprompted was sent an additional sweatshirt. It included a note explaining that he (Gary) did not feel the printing on the initial order was as good as it should have been. In all honesty I didn’t see an issue with the one I had already received, but appreciate a business that has wonderful customer service. Thanks Gary!

The team at Special Tees has consistently delivered me great service with our apparel. They have always been proactive about reaching out to set up team stores. During the last two years dealing with the pandemic they quickly communicated if there were any supply chain issues or back orders out of their control. This streamlined the process for everyone involved as I could then inform my team members' family about any delay in their apparel order. In addition to apparel Special Tees has produced many of our banners to recognize seniors and a stadium wrap around our Soccer/Football field.

Special Tees is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them if you are in need of anything from gear to give-a-ways. They do all artwork and graphics at no cost and are extremely responsive. Special Tees has been a huge help with our baseball apparel this year. They have provided us with winter hats for fundraising, our t-shirts for our winter camp, our on-field baseball apps as well as player's clothing orders. They also worked with me to customize our team logo (I am not the best with design) for all of these things. I definitely recommend Vic and his team!

I can't say enough good things about working with Vic and Special Tees. They always go out of their way to make sure I get exceptional products. Maybe I should have done some research on this business first. They aren't a retail business. They had Geneseo State shirts but they won't let you buy them like a store? I took my business to the campus store and they were quite happy to take my cash.

I ordered several items through our youth organization in May/June. We received the order in September (which I understand there are issues getting things right now). When I received my sweatshirt there was an ink stain on it and they wanted me to drive it to Geneseo (40 minutes) to get a new one. When I said no they asked me to ship it back to them and I told them I did feel I should have to pay for the shipping. They then decided to send me a label that I waited two weeks for and had to call on several times. I just got my sweatshirt Friday and it is now half-way through November and my daughter's season is over. When I asked to be reimbursed I never heard back. Very poor costumer service will never order from here again. Hope our youth teams find someone else to work with.
