Amazing, they literally lifted weight off my chest, I thought I was going blind but turns out I just have far sightedness and astigmastim and they will be giving me prescription glasses with all of my needs (blue filter, anti glare, transitions) They made me feel comfortable. Thank ya so much.

To be honest I was happy with the customer service thus far but, I was not thrilled with the Ophthalmologist taking my son to the back and not asking me to join. Then the pricing is OUTRAGEOUS who wants to pay 268.00 for a pair of glasses for a 12 year old boy who is into sports. I am just not to pleased at the fact that they super charge prescriptions. The glasses were 88.00 mind you. ZENNI OPTICAL IS THE WAY TO GO.

Love the doctor. Everyone was friendly and helpful with that personal touch. Good section of frames. I’ve been going there for years.

I will never return to this place. One of the staff members at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. I had to bring my glasses in 2x. I paid in full to have service on my glasses and the transition was never done. I was told to put my glasses/frames in the freezer, lol! I wore glasses all my life and added transition to it and neVer heard of such a thing. I wore my glasses in direct sunlight and it still didn’t turn dark, Horrible service. Glasses were stretched out and dirty. Save yourself money and go elsewhere.

I always go to Specs For Less for my glasses and Eye Exam! Always good service and choices of great eyeware and also they always fix my old glasses up a little til new ones arrive

I took my husband to this place to buy lenses and they gave him training lenses so I paid for 6 month lenses and the doctor gave him lenses for 3 months and higher prescription. It is a horrible place to go to and when I call them back the girl in the front desk was very rude. They are just about money.

Was a pleasant visit, start to finish. Everyone there was kind and courteous and made the experience quick and easy. Doctor was thorough and the women in the showroom were as well, explained everything in detail.

Rip off over charged me and staff was disrespectful never ever again learn from others don’t fall victim to these people the older lady and the middle to older age manager or owner are the worst they been mistreating and ripping off Staten Island residents for years before you buy frames check the same ones on line I bet you will thank me later bet the owner won’t reply to this comment because they don’t value customers

This place is the best place that I have been so far for glasses. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend you go there.

Horrible place of business over charged me by $200 for a pair of frames that I found out later were only $80 be careful they try to rip people off and there staff is horrible disrespectful people would never do business there again learn from others don’t get ripped off

The staff was very nice and patience when I was picking out my frames. The re was hardly a wait time.

Friendly staff, I was seen at the appointment time. The environment was clean and practiced social distancing.

The optometrist was very nice and professional but the staff were very unpleasant and the older lady at the front desk was rude and didn’t make me feel comfortable.

I had a good experience getting my eyes examined and picking out frames for my new glasses. The Optometrist was friendly and the exam room was very clean.

The only thing that I did not like was that the eyeglass frames from my insurence Davis Vision were either on the wall behind the counter or in draws so that I could only see whatever frames the clerk brought over to show me.

I would like being able to view them all and pick the ones to try myself but that is not possible in this small shop. I was able to get a very pretty frame though and I look forward to wearing my new glasses.

If I was able to leave it at no stars I would. This place is very unprofessional. They give an appt time and their texting service tell you otherwise. The staff are very rude and don’t make it comfortable for the patient. They also don’t check insurance until you get there to say the services are not covered. A waste of time! Not only are the staff unprofessional and rude they went inside a door by the exam room to say I’m not getting seen and still had me sitting there. Legend eye care in the stop and shop plaza on forest Ave are so much better, have more frame selections and very professional!
