24If you're in the store be patient, use their Internet and keep yourself busy. When the rep gets to you they will help you as best as they can and as quickly as they can.
I had great experience at this location, Desmond was so helpful and patiently resolved my stressful issue with mobile service, big thanks again!
Do not stop by. The wait time is ridiculous, I have been waiting 45 minutes and there are 4 other people after me. The employees do not even wear their masks properly. As she is talking to the client she has her mask down to her chin. Then I ask her how much longer am I suppose to wait and she says to keep waiting that she is handling a “unique transaction”.
On a Monday afternoon, only 2 people working. 7 registers empty. With only 2 people ahead of me I have already been waitting for an hour Can’t do business like this!
There’s usually parking and no long wait. The employees are all super nice! Definitely better than the mall!
I was immediately assisted by Spectrum staff as I walked in and
given an option to pay a bill with a CounterTeller
(the was a line) or a self service machine.
In less than 4 minutes, my bills were paid and posted. Excellent
I came to drop the box very long line employees working they don’t care, there are busy with now phone service they don’t care about internet customer
Went to swap a cable box, took box home it, i needed to call to program. They told me cause i had a past due account they couldnt program it, but yet my other cable boxes still working. I swapped boxes because my espn channels weren't working niw3i have no channels on that box. Representatives blame the spectrum store for not informing me, the store blames the representatives over the phone. Always an issue with Spectrum
Nice store able to park and replace my remotes. I prefer home visits when replacing equipment had too many problems when I pick up in person. Then found the equipment to be defective. Even with home service they brought equipment that was not updated and had to return a different day with newer items. The box and moduum.
Excellent customer service. Fully explained all of my questions. Speedy. Accepts payment by credit card.
In and out in less than 5 minutes! Great friendly service. I am amazed at the difference. I used to dread a trip to the cable store. It used to take hours to do the simplest thing. Well done.
Great service at this location and not busy at all! They tend to your needs and take care of you fast!
When I called in to start my service, the telemarketer upsold me voice saying it was the same price (but I subsequently found out it was really $20 more). I went to the Astoria location to pick up my modem and when I told them I didn’t need voice, Sammy took care of me. I was in and out in 5 minutes and the staff was incredibly helpful. Definitely will be coming here in the future for any questions/service changes.
The staff here is not equipped with the proper tools from management, which speaks volumes about the organizational culture.
Opened up a new account. Wait was decent. And the team member that assisted me was very helpful. She gave an honest opinion of how much internet me and my wife needed so we didn't overpay for too much internet.
Very clean & modern amenities + attentive & knowledgeable personnel = a very satisfying experience!

The supervisor Oswaldo (i believe thats how you say his name) is a really nice guy and gave me some great career advice. The Store setting is also clean and nicely furnished I give them 5 stars.
Always hated ISPs until I walked into this store after a friend had a good experience here as well. I went in to voice my complaints and ask if there was anything they could do. They were immediately empathetic, kind and helpful, and they improved my service instantly. I can't believe I'm saying it but. I"m a very happy customer of Spectrum.
