Cable Company Spectrum reviews
30The store is nicely located in mall in woodhaven, but any time you go there the wait is approximately 30 minutes or more and this is what i faced last time. So be ready fo ling wait.
Associate was friendly, very helpful and solved my problem quickly and in a professional manner.
Closed my account because of poor service and bad online support cause they couldn’t spell my name right, but when I went to return the device I also experienced bad customer service by Nas I asked him if there is any outstanding balance and he says Bye Bye. Best example of Dumb people thinking they are smart.
I’m not surprised that this company (Charter Communications; Spectrum brand) is one of the The Worst Companies to Work For as listed in several websites. Upper management is ridiculously overbearing, very poor wages, extremely stressful working environment. During the pandemic, employees were expected to work overtime and in unhealthy environments. Directors and above management are demeaning to employees. They even called their employees at home while they were sick. A few employees were sick with covid and they were degraded for being out so long. Upper management (-directors and above) even call you on your days off expecting you to work. This is by far, one of the worst companies to work for.
I switch my service provider and my cable service because of them excellent customer service especially one lady named Kim thank you Spectrum
I was a bit disappointed when i visited this location on 12/9/2019 6: 50pm. She was number: 6-that customer service person was not nice at all.i had asked about the product in various ways.she either ignored me or was just not interested in providing me good service.i tried being nice at the point i couldn't wait to get out of there. Spectrum, you have to do better! Your customer service, your quality of service and your outrageous charges!
At this point.my Spectrum monthly bill does not reflect the quality of service I'm receiving.you should know better
Queens Mall location is just a zoo. I have been here several times in the past and it just seems to get worse. You walk in, give your name and are told to sit n wait. The number on the digital display above is not reflective of your place in line and does not represent the location you will go to! Then they call names that are not displayed. Really? If you approach the person at reception they look at you as if you have three heads and tell you to just wait. Listen up Spectrum management, the process is broken! Fix it because FIOS is chomping at the bit to steal your business.
Not the customer service people but spectrum's way of doing business and treating its customers. The worst
A good experience, had to return one of my remote tv contollers, the service was super quick and friendly, hardest thing was trying to find location, it is located at the Queens Mall 90-15 Queens Blvd in basement location
Nice change. You no longer have to stand in line. Now you give door rep your first name and have a seat on a comfortable leather lounge chair and someone will call your name and help you.
Went to pay bill, thank god for the kiosk option cause there was a long wait to pay with a representative
Nice environment but very crowded. Some customer service reps are not too technical but they will consult with others to find a solution.
I came today to pay my bill at this location. And they made me wait for half an hour, helping people, who came after me. I was told it's because I was paying by cash. I couldn't even use their Easy Pay machine, because it was showing wrong amount. It's so frustrating to see how others get help so fast, and you just sitting and waiting. That's not right, customers should get help right away, no matter how they're gonna pay.
The spectrum center at the Queen's mall the best center, no waiting, well organized, eager to please the customers needs, very professional, great, great customer service!
I returned a modem for internet and the associated was very helpful and kind.the place wasn't crowded and was very fast.
Always hated them since they've been TWC. Even as a former employee of 15 years, I'd still say they suck.
Excellent service from customer rep Aliza! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Major reason I stayed with spectrum.
Went there, an the rep that took care of my request, did not accomplish that 100%. I had to call to get it done over the phone
Visited on a Saturday to return my equipment after canceling their internet service (way too much downtime, decided to go back to Verizon Fios), and the wait time to see a service agent was too long - about 45 min, for something that only took 3 min to take care of.
Service was super fast i was there for less than 5 mins in and put to get a new cable box but it is the weekday
