We checked in around 1030am and waited. We were told we would get a text when it was our turn. We had a 2 year old with us. The wait time was ridiculous. A lady ahead of us by 5 people said she had been there 2 hours already. We finally scheduled an appointment for 3: 20. Came back and one of the guys was extremely rude. The man that ended up helping us had dark full head of hair. He was friendly and helpful. I don't recommend going there without an appointment ever again!

I recommend to customers that must go to this dreaded place, make an appointment on line! However, even with this, when checking in with the kiosk not once, but twice, the only reason I was noticed is a rep said to me "sir you have bee here quite a while", I said yes I have a one om appt, he brought me to the counter, and it never showed i checked in with the kiosk! However if you do not make appt, enjoy your two hour wait!

Linda was super helpful today. Needed a wifi upgrade and she was both knowledgable and willing to help me save. Thanks- the faster download and upload speed is making a big difference.

This place is/was a mess. Only 2 people on computers until after noon. The hours on door didn't coincide with internet listing. There's a que you have to sign up for upon entering place. Folks were waiting over an hour to get their issues resolved. They need a yoga/meditation/anger management room to keep spirits high.

Prompt service, friendly staff, and they were able to fix a mistake on the end of the customer service line in person. Leaving this solely to balance out the bad reviews from people who have problems unrelated to the actual store and moreso with how the business as a whole is run

They're quick to raise my monthly bill every few months. $50 within 24 months, but you can't call the local office, you need to make a reservation to talk to someone in person and then told 'oh well. ' Looking at other options! There is competition and Verizon may not offer TV everywhere right not, but I've heard a lot of great reviews about their internet. I'm happy with rabbit ears and streaming the movies I want if it means working with a company that cares.

With three employees working they took over an hour to only help 2 1/2 customers, also there kiosk is down so if you go to make a payment you have to wait in line.

First of all, they charged me 50 dollars for a box I wasn’t using for 5 months. Now that I brought the box back, they’re trying to charge me 90 dollars for the box that I returned. This company has been scamming the state of New York for years. Stay far away from Spectrum, they company ethics are on par with those in Enron and other illigitimate major corporations.

Ive been coming to my local branch for over a week now to try and pay my bill and the keosk to pay on has been down. They have spots for 6 employees but have never seen more then 3 and I being told that I have a approx hour and twenty minute wait. There are 16 people ahead of me and no where to sit. I'm about to change services Solely based uponThe face-to-face customer service ive experienced over the years, along with the shotty service. Please look into matiencing the keosk at the Plattsburgh ny branch!

I went in w/o an appointment but was still seen quickly. CR person was knowledgeable and took care of me to my satisfaction. No complaints from me. Good service!

Poor service, weekly outages and outrageous price on basic internet service. The rate nearly doubles after your two year promo to almost 80 dollars for basic internet. This is a monopolized company in our area.

I bought a new phone for my son and also myself. I walked into spectrum and right away was greeted at the door. We were there for almost 3 hours while he switched the phones over. Richard was very patient and made sure the phones were working correctly, and also answered all of our questions

CABLE IS A LITTLE OVER PRICED. GO WITH WIFI AND YOU CAN STILL FIND ALL YOUR CHANNELS. IT SEEMS THERE IS A BIT OF THROTTLING GOING ON WITH THE SERVICE, OUR 100MBS HAS RECENTLY BEEN AS LOW AS 8MBS

My husband and I had an issue with our Roku device and Spectrum. We arrived at the Plattsburgh store and Rebekah did an amazing job helping us. We have been Spectrum (prior Charter) customers for over 20 years and this was one of, if not THE best experience we have had. Rebekah listen to our problem/concerns and proceeded to research how to fix the situation we had gotten ourselves into. With persistence Rebekah was able to solve our dilemma and the moment we arrived home all was right again in the universe of cable tv for us. In this day and age when customer service takes a back seat the Plattsburgh store and most importantly Rebekah has restored our faith in Spectrum. She truly deserves extra praise and recognition for a job well done! Thank you! We appreciate your hard work and knowledge of the product that you are selling!
