Good location but the parking is an issue, only to drop an equipment, you have to get inside the parking and pay, sales associate do the same process we do from home calling customers service and sometimes they spend more time making the phone call to solve the connection or any other problems.

Went to exchange cable boxes and was assisted by Thomas who was so helpful. He explained options very well. Parking right outside building. Very fast and good service.
