I visited the Columbus Circle location last Sunday. I was greeted by Conor who was quick to assist me with an issue I was experiencing with my service. He was efficient and amicable and able to resolve everything in 30 minutes! Thanks Conor!

Manuel is by far the best customer service agent I’ve ever worked with. He went above and beyond to resolve my home and mobile internet issue, and is the main reason I expect to be with Spectrum long term.

I tried to transfer service from one wireless provider to Spectrum. The store representatives, Ray and Darren were very helpful and patience with me. They went above and beyond to help me transfer the service. I was very lucky to have them to assist me.

Thurs June 15th I went to Spectrum store on Broadway and 61st. I was assisted by Brandon who was excellent! Friendly, Efficient and very helpful! I was in and out in 5 mins!
He exceeded my expectations! Well done Brandon

Incompetent store manager, I went for a phone upgrade and the store manager told me that's the deal of $ 11.11 for the Google pixel 7 pro is only for new customers and it turned out that's not true, even existing customers are eligible for the upgrade per spectrum mobile customer service. Anyways, I ended buying an older version of the phone, and once I went home and researched the older version, turned out I would be over paying for this old technology so I returned it and guess what, the incompetent store manager charged me $50 restocking fee. Anyways, long day story I will make short. I tried calling all Spectrum customer service numbers to complain about the store manager and it turned out whatever any store manger do, it is irreversible, they said (customer service) you have to figure out who is her regional supervisor is because we (customer service) don't know who he/she is or what is their phone number.manger of 1865 Broadway, New York, NY and good job Spectrum customer service. (03/18/2023 Began at 12: 00P. M and my misery ended at 7: 00 P. M Eastern Time)

Dismal, unprofessional & arrogant is what Columbus Circle's Spectrum Store priovides starting with this stores manager. Ive been a Spectrum customer for decades. Generally they provide excellent service. Whether i call or walk in.i i recently walked in to this store to add aervices via a promotion Spectrum is running. Thec rep who was initially helping was polite. She stepped away after reviewing my account and returned with the store manager.i was flat out told i didn't qualify. -when i asked why.the reason had to do with an error in their system that was on spectrums part.essentially i was dismissed.i asked for the stores manager name.she refused and walked through a back door.i left and contacted Spectrum throug customer service line. Long story short they looked at my account and told me that they themselves didn't know what the Spectrum personnel I was talking about. Because I indeed qualify for the promotion I was interested in I got signed up. And the rep who helped me was stellar. Now in regard to the Columbus Circle store - I get it, it's hard to find good help nowadays - llcompanies have resorted to hiring unqualified workers who lack experience.

Obnoxious and rude! I asked what upgrade options were available to existing clients (20+ years of being a client through all the M&As) and the young woman with a short dark bob haircut sneered and said, "How can you expect to get any better deal than a new customer! What are you thinking? " She should be fired on the spot for that nasty, condescending attitude and never allowed to work anywhere near people. I am canceling my service and going to T-Mobile. And Spectrum, teach your techs some fricking manners!

This Spectrum store I would go to the most than any other location. The other one at W. 125th St is much worse. Too many people waiting to be called, their kiosk doesn't take cash and worst of all the neighborhood. At Columbus Circle is much better.

Olivier is a French-speaking Tech admin at this location. He is verbally abusive and disrespectful in the extreme. I was returning equipment, first-time visitor. Bypassed check in kiosk as store was empty and I didn't see or know about it. He became immediately profane and vulgar. Here is his photograph. Avoid at all costs!

The store Mgr Tsfia Sultana solved in 15 minutes, what I was not able to solve in 2 weeks of phone call. Great knolage and service.

The wait was so long - unbelievable. There were 3 people in the store, and we waited for way more than 30-40 minutes (just to return equipment). I can imagine how long it will be if you would have a real question
