7So many issues with this gas station, had a lady who was sitting there on her phone, I waited 5 minutes until she acknowledged me then as I told her to scan my discount card she was like "I can't" then she finally did, and when my card said accepted, she didn't bother telling me to have a good day or even give the receipt, she was still on her phone through the whole transaction. And just today I went in and the pump wasn't scanning my card so I went inside, and told him $25 on the pump I was on only to go out and realize he did $5 so I had to pay again for $20. One more complaint, my grandfather went in to turn in his ticket and the guy said he couldn't accept it for whatever reason, so he went nearby to do it only to realize the ticket was still activated meaning the guy was trying to steal his winnings. This is a joke of a gas station, seriously. These people should be fired, they have 0 skills and 0 smarts, and clearly are thieves. Highly don't recommend coming here.
Great for a quick stop/ friendly staff/ clean / plus has a McDonald's attached to it
They don’t even have their own products half of the time. No water, lot of food items missing so on. Just go somewhere that can actually stock their own products.
Very bad attitudes in the first shift of the day. Today they gave me attitude when I asked nicely about changing a outdated sale sign so people don't get confused, the female worker blows up at me for no reason, they need to be checked.
I went and got gas today and they put a hold on my account for 83$. The manager wouldn't even call me so I had to call corporate. She said this shouldn't have happened to me check ur accounts. The manager should making thes fixes expecially I drive 40 mins to work out there. I get told she will be in tomorrow. I want my money now not tomorrow.
This is a big station with high volume. That's helping to keep prices down. Big convenience store there too and McDonald's if you like their food (no thanks!).
I stopped in for a drink and 2 people entered shortly after, they were having a loud-ish conversation but I paid it no attention. A woman who had the look of a manager (but I couldn't read her name tag) started berating the guy who came in after me. She said he needed to stop cussing and her very confrontational approach led to a confrontation (shocking). Ultimately she banned him from the store and threatened to call the cops on him. From my position this entire interaction seemed wildly over the top on her part and it made me very uncomfortable as I was more or less between them for part of it as I was standing in line the whole time. My overall impression of her is that she had a very "Karen" attitude to this guy, and I am inclined to believe this was largely due to the color of his skin (though I don't think she said anything explicitly racist). I doubt she would have had the same reaction if it was me in his place.
