Employees are always very helpful with a variety of things. They all have a decent amount of knowledge about piercings which is helpful for people who are new to that type of stuff. The store itself plays good music, has a wide selection of cool, wacky, and fun merch. One of my favorite places to shop

Iight so boom, I don't know how much Alana is being paid or what position she's in (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong hun), but both need to be raised ASAP. Her customer service is on point huntttyyy. When I asked for help she was there and willing to assist with a great personality! Not only did she give me great advice, cus I damn sure was asking alot of questions about the corsets lol but, we were able to joke around too. You did ya thing gurrrrrlllll, hopefully corporate sees this and starts handing out that monnnnnnnnaaaaayyyy

Love the selection of apparel, and the staff are usually a delight to deal with. If I'm in the mall i always stop in to look around if nothing else.
