SpinFit Inc., Bellmore NY

Had a 6pm class booked tonight and spinfit cancels…. With only 39 mins to go! FYI, if less than 6 people they will cancel BUT…not 24 hours in advance like the riders have to!

09/06/22 @9pm: I’m editing my review in order to clarify a few things…cancellations don’t happen often and, Lisa is a spin instructor who puts her heart into her classes. I can’t praise her enough! The manager of Spinfit and I had an extensive conversation tonight in which she apologized for the late cancellation and expressed concern for my frustration. I’ve been attending classes at Spinfit for several years now for a reason, because I enjoy going. I will continue to ride at Spinfit and hope that in the future others will come to experience Lisa along with the motivation that she provides.

The class is super cliquey and then I got harassed by the assistant in text messages to sign up for other classes that don’t work for my schedule when I didn’t sign up for another class on groupon. Also, would get texts 10 minutes before I was supposed to leave for class about the rules when it should be done prior to signing up. It was very aggravating. I thought spin was supposed to be fun but this experience was not and unless you’re looking to just go join a bunch of women with their noses in the air, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Super clean studio with great instructors! Classes are fun and engaging. Covid procedures followed that keep you socially distanced and feeling safe.

SpinFit is my healthy balance! The instructors are so helpful and welcoming, When you are new, they will make sure to set you up and explain what is necessary. The studio and bikes are always kept clean. There is great music and energy to get you the perfect workout! I've burned over 400 calories while having so much fun!
