Spiral Techniques - Neuromuscular Therapy, New York NY

I went to see Art yesterday at Spiral Techniques after having been sick for well over three weeks with an unknown illness that had affected my entire body rendering it with so much tension. When I arrived at his office I was in so much pain throughout my entire body including my jaw and teeth. He worked on me for two hours and I left his office feeling like a new person. He knew exactly what to do to release tension in my body and me to relax. As he worked on my body I felt myself relax, something I hadn’t been able to do for weeks if not years. I have never met anyone who understands so profoundly the connections within the body between organs and muscles and how to release them. I slept better that night than I did in years and woke up feeling like I had a new body. Art is completely amazing and brilliant at what he does. I highly recommend him.
