Spirit Taekwondo Farmingdale

These are the reasons Why I recommend Spirit?
1.they are child oriented. As a parent that’s the most important thing that my child enjoys coming to the class and the instructors.
2. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, respectful and are able to work with all types of kids.
3. Communicate any time there’s a change in schedule or anything.
4. The instructors are lovingly tough and make each class exciting and fun for the kids while providing martial arts foundations and instruction a part of the class.
Kids learn discipline, self-respect and self-defense.
A must try in my opinion. They are amazing!

Master Starnes and Master Gumpeng teach you to be and feel the best way you possibly can. Highly recommend for all of your family.

Wonderful school in my experience so far. Clean-spotless actually. Has an open seating area for you to watch. My nephew has been a friend and fan of his instructor, Terrance, from day one. He’s been nothing but kind and respectful to our family.

Master Terrance has helped my child so much with his adhd it’s an amazing teaching school with a wonderful ambiance would definitely recommend:)

Since my son has started with Spirit Taekwondo a month ago, he has flourished there! We feel that we are apart of a family everytime we come through their door. They treat our child like one of their own. His self confidence has risen, it’s also amazing to see him being able to focus on something he truly enjoys especially with his ADHD. They work on so much with him. He looks forward to going there every week! We highly recommend if anyone is looking for a great place for their child, this is it. I am so happy we found them.

Instructor Terrance is an awesome teacher. He takes time to focus on every student. Very comfortable place to be.

My son loves coming to Spirit Taekwondo. Master Gumpeng and her staff are very attentive and engaging with my son. He has picked up so much since he joined.

Spirit Taekwondo is the place to be! The culture and atmosphere are amazing and you can see the passion and dedication Master Gumpeng has put into the school and kids!

All the instructors are wonderful, especially Master Gumpeng and Starnes. My child loves it here and always has a great time. She has learned so much.
