Splash Indoor Waterpark Resort, Oswego NY

We loved the indoor water park! Our daughter had so much fun and the staff was very kind to her. The adults also had an amazing time. Everything was very convenient. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Fun and Easy two hour activity, really enjoyed the splash pad for little ones, the bigger pool with basketballs and hot tub. Will definitely return

Hi Everyone I went with my Niece Mya and my Son stationed at Fort Drum Wonderful Staff and they looked after the kids Safety. Impeccably Clean Facilities I even got to watch Basketball Ball on the Big Screen from the Hot Tub which Grandpa LOVED I’ll be returning with as much excitement as my Granddaughter

Super cute, fun place! Our kids had a blast! (Ages 1,3,6,11) The Food was really good, it was very clean, all the staff we interacted with were kind & friendly, it wasn’t packed which was great. The floor in the water area was cushioned so it didn’t hurt your feet or when a little one took a tumble. Overall fun & relaxing time! We will definitely be back!

Attended a birthday party here last weekend. The highlight was the friendly staff. The facility was clean and even though it was a weekend it didn't feel crowded in a claustrophobic way. I felt my kids were very safe in the water with the lifeguards on duty as I wasn't swimming with them, just observing.

My only critique is that the party room was too small. There was only seating for the children, not the adults. We were standing at one end of the room, crowded around the kitchenette the staff needed to access. This would especially be a concern for older guests or those with disabilities.

We'd definitely return to enjoy the water another time as it's a great fit for my kids' interests right now.

Great time at splash indoor water park! It was a perfect night away for my family of three young kids. The only complaint is that the water/ pool area were a little colder than other indoor water attractions. Otherwise very clean, not overly crowded.

The water park and hotel are okay, but the customer service from the manager Valerie, was exceptional. She was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed! The resort slightly messed something up so we didn’t receive our package items immediately but after talking to Valerie for 2 minutes, it was all figured out! Thanks so much Valerie for making our experience so much better! Will be recommending to friends!

It was not bad, expected more for the price paid. Staff was friendly, but between websites and actual place it was misleading; $35 for ages 11 and up. We weren’t told you have to be a hotel guest for free towels.

We had the best time at the Splash Indoor Water Park today! Our 4 yr old granddaughter didn’t want to leave after playing for 4 hours. She will sleep well tonight! The toddler area was super fun and sure not to disappoint. Our 4 month old granddaughter goes to the infant/toddler time on Mondays as well. The owners put so much thought into every single detail, it’s absolutely beautiful. The lifeguards were fantastic! There is a lounge area on the third floor that overlooks the water park with such a great view and the food was really good. We even got to see Waddles the Duck I highly recommend doing a room/splash package, you will not be disappointed!

This place is so much fun! We have an almost 2 year old, so most of the time, he is too small to enjoy places like this. But this water park had attractions for our son and older kids! Us adults even went down the bigger water slides. Not only is there the water park, but also a very large hot tub area for some relaxation time! We ended by getting a drink from the upstairs bar and headed up to the arcade. Will definitely be back! Great addition to Oswego. We also loved staying at the hotel. Very clean rooms and inviting staff!

If everything about this place wasn't double in price of what it should be it would get 5 stars.

Small water park, but with that being said my daughter was entertained the entire visit. They had small events to keep things interesting 3x throughout the day like a scavenger hunt and a hula hoop activity. Very clean, even the bathrooms which was a huge bonus. Would go back again.

Place was okay not very big at all the water was cold for being an indoor water park for kids didn't keep my kids and grandkids very content at all

My seven year old and I had an awesome time at this new indoor water park.
We did all tickets and signed our waivers online. Went on a Wednesday. First ones there, no line. Very friendly staff. The most diligent lifeguards I have seen in my life! They all did such a great job making sure everyone was safe. My little guy appreciated the little water slides and I enjoyed the big ones. Hot tub too! Everything was very nice and new. Arcade as well.

It is a good place for the family. This place has a restaurant, (the food is very good.) It also has an arcade, not very big but fun for children. My only complaint is that the pool water is cold, I would recommend having a tolerant temperature. While I was there I heard many adults complain about how cold the water was.

The park was great! The prices of everything was a little steep, but I still wanted to take my sons out for a fun day but when people started to leave around 6: 00pm, the staff was visibly upset that they had to keep guard on one kid… that kid being my son! I really felt uncomfortable that I asked my sons to leave because they were giving us some bad stares. For the amount of money you pay for this place, you expect things to be better! And also, the park doesn’t close until 8: 00pm so why were the lifeguards upset with my son at 6: 00pm? Let kids be kids, don’t you remember when you were a kid and you didn’t want to get out of the water?

We spent over $150 in one afternoon at this place, I sure have hoped the service was better! Maybe you should consider training your staff to be more respectful!

We had the best time! The water temperature was comfortable, never were we cold. The hot tub was so cozy. My kiddos, 4 and almost 2, didn’t stop playing for the whole 3 hours we were there. The lifeguards were AMAZING, like nothing I’ve ever seen. They are constantly moving and scanning the water, up and down each section. Never once did I see them socializing or milling about. I was very comfortable letting my children play and slide. The kid section was great for all ages, the mini tube slide was a huge hit… mimicking the big slides they have. My girl was tall enough for the big slides and the lifeguards explained and showed her how to slide properly, each time they reminded her. I was incredibly impressed with how well they handled little kids, keeping them safe and letting them have fun at the same time. Staff was so helpful, our wagon got caught heading out of the changing room and one of the ladies popped right over to help with the back of the wagon. Little things like that keep mommas coming back. Warm showers to rinse off, soap dispensers there too, made an easy wash up after we played. Everything is close together, making it easy for me to have my little in the kid section and my bigger girl heading up for another slide down the slide. We were so busy playing we didn’t venture up to the arcade or to get food, but it is so convenient that everything is there together! Splash park on one floor, arcade on the next and restaurant/bar on the next. Elevators too! Add it to your to do list, you won’t be disappointed!

Really cute little indoor water park. We went on a Monday so it wasn't very crowded at all so it was nice. At times we were the only people going down the only 2 water slides there. The arcade was cool too and my 10 yo loved it. We didn't order any food so I don't know about that but it does seem pricey. It's definitely a small water park and if it was crowded I don't think it would have been as much fun. I do agree about the basketballs being a little too heavy for a pool setting like I've seen other people say. All in all though my kid had a great time!
