Great place, cool dude. Came from Florida, rented a bike for a day, $35, not bad. Bad things, shifting was bad on the bike and rear brakes were useless.

They have good bike but they are very rude they don’t know how to treat customers and they use inappropriate words

My friend went there and asked them to fix 2 bent spokes but NOT to true the wheel, they told my friend it would be 30$ and when he got back they tried charging him over 60$ because they did extra work on the bike without him asking to. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Local bike shop that offers fast service, attentive mechanic and salesman who will gladly answer any question with sound advice. Good pricing and friendly, very easy going, low pressure salesman. A wide selection of bikes and accessories. They have gravel bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes from the low end all the way to the top. Got a great deal on a Jamis Coda Elite. They let me test ride bikes for over an hour; they even told me to go ride in the park to make sure I get the right bike and the right fit. When my pedals broke sometime later, they were replaced for free with some new ones that look and feel solid, no questions asked. Anyone in the area don't hesitate for one minute to come into this bikeshop if you're looking for a new bike or some repairs or maintenance. 5 stars, easy.

Although I never had a repair there, the person in charge of the store was very polite and knowledgeable. I was there to buy a phone holder for my bike and he gave me some options and also answer my questions about the product he was selling me. The store is very organize and clean and have a decent variety of bikes and accessories.

These guys will RIP you off, they are big scammers, I bought my bike here and never went back, they charged me $600 dollars for a bike that in reality wasn't worth more than $300 dollars, same bike was online being sold for $250 and in other stores in the area for $300. Dont go there if you don't wanna be scammed and ripped off.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I am usually a do-it-yourself guy but when I am stuck I get the help I need here.

Went there today, needed to buy a spare tube and they said sorry we don't have any, there's a rubber shortage in Queens. Like seriously? That's almost as bad as saying McDonalds has no fries because there's a potato shortage. Awful, never going back there again.

Just a novice rider, guys were very friendly and patient. I highly recommend, if you're searching for superior service.

Beware of price scammers!
Went there for a flat tire replacement. The guys seem to know what's wrong and what needs to be fixed, recommended a few other things which were clearly in need of repair and repaired it. However, they massively cheat on pricing. They quoted a ballpark price and when I came to pick up the bike an hour later, the price was 70%. Reason: they loaded multiple other 'small fixes' not requested by me, not agreed by me. None of these were justified, they couldn't explain why they were there. Stay out of these cheats!

Great place with prompt courteous service. I purchased a bike there a while back and whenever I take it in for repair I get hassle free service. They value loyal customers and treat new clientele exceptionally well. They were also very patient with my young son whom I also purchased a bike for. I highly recommend this place.

Great store and many different products for bike riding. The workers are excellent on what they do, and they work with consumers on pricing and provide great assistance in making practical decisions. I’ve taken my wife’s bike and my bike there and they provide outstanding service. That is my go to bike shop for anything.

Got me back on the road although very busy. I am very appreciative and satisfied to of taken my e bike there!
