Such a great experience every time! I have my favorites there but it's great knowing exactly when you can get in and trust that they're all great at what they do.

Haircuts for the whole family. Stopped in for 3 kids cuts one Sunday. They got us right in. They did such a nice job that my wife and I got a trim too. Didn't even miss any football as their TVs were tuned in. Like a sports bar meets Supercuta only the Haircuts were good. Will be back.

Very different experience for getting a haircut. Never been will be back again. My wait was short and was a great haircut.

Always a simple queue process, pricing is great. Even for my kids, boy and girl, accommodating and modern styles, they never complain.

Today was my first time trying out sports clips after seeing all the commercials and let me say I was NOT disappointed! This establishment was absolutely perfect! I got the MVP package and the lady who did it was absolutely amazing! Her name is Roe and she is the assistant manager there! She took her time and paid attention to the detail I wanted and made it very comfortable and fun! I will 100% being going back to her! Overall 10000% satisfied!

I like going to Sport Clips because the lady's there are always nice, and know what they're doing. As well as talk to you like they're an old friends, weather it's your first time there, or your fifth time!

Didn't get any services. Arrived at my check in time, text update said stylist would be ready for me in 15 minutes. Fine, no biggie. The screen on the wall then says 24 minutes. I asked if that was accurate, because I was on a bit of a tight schedule. I was nothing but smiling and polite. She said 10 minutes max. Great. Almost 30 minutes later, after watching her help the other stylist who was failing at her client's cut, I said I have to go, I am out of time. She says "oh, so sorry" in a very snarky tone, and turned her back to me. I said "what's the point of the check in messages? ", and got no response. I said "well, you just lost a customer today". Still no response, still showing me her back. So totally unprofessional, frankly I was stunned. SportClips is fine, I have been to more than one, but I suggest any other location than Fairmount. Drove 1/4 mile down the same road and was in and out of SuperCuts with a great trim in 20 minutes (exact same price). I was late for my next appointment, but at least I had my haircut. This was my third time going to this SportClips, but app dumped, won't be back. Bummer, I did like they are open Mondays, and my first 2 cuts were fine.

Absolutely the worst haircut I've ever had and been a customer for a long time, unfortunately I don't know her name I didn't get a receipt, the 3rd chair on the left, on my way to get another hair cut at a different shop.

I took my 12 year old son for a haircut. Ms Ana Rodriguez is awesome. Extremely, personal and capable stylist. I totally love her professionalism. Great establishment.
