7Management is great, friendly, personable. The unit I have is climate control and it is well kept. My biggest down side is the increases in rent. The first increase I wasn't thrilled. This recent hike was a $10 jump, and unfortunately it's starting to not be worth it anymore which is sad. I understand theres economic issues, while prices of things are going up, our wages are not. Soon its going to come down to where costs can be cut and a storage unit is at the top of that list.
We rented a climate controlled unit for 8 months to store some sensitive equipment. Our experience was perfect. The unit and facility were clean and easy to access. The man at the front desk helped us move heavy items a few times which was greatly appreciated!
Avoid this place! Had four large units always paid on time. Locked out in error when time really mattered. Careful what you sign. The LIES they tell you are not in contract. RIP ME OFF FOR $400
Great Customer Service! The Manager was a pleasure to work with and the facility is very clean and modern! I would Highly Recommend this storage facility to anyone!

The staff at this location are very collaborative and enjoyable to work with. I needed a storage unit for my oversized holiday and themed inflatables. My garage was too full and each year I acquire more. They made sure to qualify me for the right square footage so I didn't have to pay for a unit that was excessive. The pricing is very reasonable and the units are clean, sealed, and the overall the facility is "spot on! "
I was very pleased with this facility for the first few months. However, the past 8-9 months have been a complete mess. From the change in management, and the price increases. I from the very beginning have had my debit card set up for automatic withdrawals, the 23rd of each month, and every month, I have to call, because I’m getting phone calls and letters stating my account is closed. My card is invalid. I guess it requires me to drive to the facility, each month, to pay my monthly rent. Seems as tho when management changes, changes occur with my debit card too. Some months my card has no problems, others, it’s just an “invalid card”. With all this, I get threats of “red locking”my unit. When I’ve continuously spoken with the facilities’ management, every month! As far as price increases.a little ridiculous, but I think tenants whom have units should be aware of this. I’ve never received notification of the price increase!
