ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS! I have no words for how terrible they do nails here. I really was holding back on making this review but they did such a terrible job on my powder nails it’s unbelievable. Cuticles not cut at all, nails have no type of shape, she did the powder so THICK they look like blobs! Just so bad I’m mad I left tip. On top of that she was rushing like she’s in a hurry. I’m sorry just don’t book people if you can’t properly take care of them. It’s so typical, rushing people in and out and doing the worst quality of nails. Come on. I’m convinced these good reviewers are fake, they have to be. I wish I got the ladies name that did my nails all I know is she had reddish hair. Nonetheless this place is terrible. Don’t waste your money they don’t deserve it. You’re better off doing your own nails I promise.

Update! This women still work there. And it’s just my bad luck after 4 years to avoid this place and came back with the same person works on my nail. I thought 4 years she will have more skills. BUT NOT! She messed up my nails again. Can’t believe i have to see her again. Not again in the future!

They're great- they usually take me late, after work, they're quick and they do a great job.

I have been coming to this salon for years and it seems that recently more and more they are too busy to keep the appointment times. Every time I make an appt with Gina I have to wait and then the quality of the service goes down and I end up being serviced by someone else. It’s very disappointing because I am an extremely patient customer. I never complain yet I’m never taken on time so I now feel it necessary to put a review.

Andy, one of the technicians, is wonderful. He cleaned up and prettified my feet! An expert who took his time and gave me a relaxing 30 minutes!

I’ve gone here three times and called for two appointments and the gentleman who answers the phone or sits at the front register is the rudest person I have ever met In this industry.

I did my mani in SNS with tips and my pedi in white. The guy was so skillful, patient, and careful taking his time to do them.
Then, my nail broke and I went back and he fixed it for me! They are so kind and truly care about their customers. I felt valued and will be returning here.

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I have been coming here for years and Lulu and the entire team are so nice and great at what they do. I travel about 45 mins to a hour to get here since I stopped working locally because this nail salon is worth it. Lulu is who started me on powder polish and I’m obsessed. It’s stronger than gel so my nails don’t break and grow long and strong and with no uv needed. It’s never an issue when I want to change my nail shape or try a new design. The pedicures are also the best. The price I pay for this salon Is beyond justified for service and quality. I’m always disappointed when I try someplace new for convenience sake but it’s never worth it. It’s not even worth it to try and get my nails done until they reopen (Covid).

I love Lulu and staff. Miss her since they closed due to Covid 19. Waiting for them to reopen.

The ladies are always super nice. The prices are decent and I always leave with beautiful nails. 10/10 highly recommend.
