Spring Nails, Saratoga Springs NY

Came in on a Wednesday night to get a pedicure and gel manicure. Pedicure came out great, the manicure was okay but I noticed that the nails felt very bumpy which was on. The next day I noticed that the top coat dried strange and left a bubbling pattern all over the tips of the nails. By Friday most of the nails were chipping. Saturday afternoon I went in and spoke with Dolly who was very understanding and willing to fix them. Mistakes happen but Spring Nails has great customer service. I've been to Spring Nails many times and will continue to go back. Overall one of the best nail salons I've been to in the area.

Very disappointed. The manicurist rushed even though I had an appointment, I had to redo the manicure 3 days later. The pedicure didn't hold up well either.

Aisling fit me in right before closing and did such a great job! She took her time despite everyone else being done and was extremely sweet and precise! Definitely coming back for her!

Okay, I have never had a better gel manicure. Mine has lasted over 2 weeks including an international trip, sun, sand, packing, tons of hand washing and still looks fantastic. Best place ever.

I went in for my first time tonight after my mom has been going here for a bit now. Jony did a fantastic job with my nails, I’m really happy with them! Thank you Jony:) I will be back.

Very clean! … and very relaxing! A little bonus, while my toes were drying, I got a shoulder massage!

After trying out many nail salons in the area, this is my favorite one! The entire process and care being done with my nails, is very lovely, and the nails are incredible. They have very reasonable and affordable prices, and such great staff! Would recommend!

Excellent pedicure! Great attention to detail and guest needs. I was able to take an opening from a recent cancellation, but I recommend calling ahead or making an appointment in advance. Can't wait to come back here.

Wow! I thought I would try a new place for a pedicure and am I glad that I did. I happened to have a broken nail that they quickly took care of for me. So nice and relaxing and the prices are very reasonable for Saratoga!

Usually have good service, but when we showed up for our appointment today, they told us we didn't have an appointment and they couldn't take us. Very disappointing.

I go to Ryan, and he is a sweet soul! He does an amazing job on my nails. I would recommend this shop!

Absolutely horrible. Made an appointment for me & my maid of honor for my bridal shower and confirmed it with them. Came for my appointment and they said we are too busy. Terrible service, have gone to spring nails for YEARS, and this is the last straw.
