Set up an appointment to get mani and pedi. While getting pedi, a woman walks in because she broke one nail, the tech left me and waited on her. I hadn't even gotten my manicure yet. How do you just leave a client to help someone before you have finished? I couldn't believe it, I paid for pedi and had to go to another salon. Never will I go there again

What a hidden gem! The studio was clean! The service was excellent, my feet needed TLC and it was given! I'm very happy with the service, I was treated like royalty, thank you for all the special care!

This is my favorite nail shop. They do great pedicures and the nails are ok. I wouldn’t recommend lashes

I’ve only ever gotten my eyebrows done here- maybe 4-5 times. Usually my experience is okay. Today, the woman doing my eyebrows (not sure of name, just that she was wearing an apron with a bear on it) took off my entire eyebrows and they were so uneven. I asked someone else to please fix them. The 2nd lady did the best she could but there was no saving my eyebrows. I left with pencil thin eyebrows. She waxed the same spot 3 times. My eyebrows are getting welts on them and they just keep getting bigger and itching. I noticed they used the same stick for wax the entire time waxing. This means that you’re putting other peoples germs into the wax for the next customer. I truly hope I don’t have an infection growing on my skin because of this cross contamination. You need to change sticks after EVERY dip, not just every customer.

I'd been planning a new look since last week. And I discovered this hair salon that piques my interest due to its excellent stylists, high-quality hair products, and reasonable prices. I don't regret using their services because I got a satisfactory result! Highly recommended!

I went to get my lashes done & it was okay for the first day. It’s been 3 days now & my eyes are extremely irritated, the lashes are flopping down on the sides & it literally looks horrible. The pain is unbearable & I have no clue how to take these off.

This was my first time visiting this salon and I will not return the technician did a mediocre job she didn’t take her time all of my nails are shaped differently some are lopsided and I like pointy nails some are rounded at the tip if you’re thinking about visiting this business think again I don’t recommend spending your money there

Had a groupon so I went. I will not be returning. The technician did a horrible job on my nails in every sense. The shape of my nails were uneven and I had to ask him to reshape nails which he did a poor job on. As for the painting there are bubbles throughout my nails and he did nothing to correct when I pointed them out. During the drying he "checked" my nails and smudged them even more. When I pointed it out he put a clear coat over one nail. I'm taking the polish off as soon as I get home and redoing them. When leaving he asked me for a tip and I showed him my nails. Again. No effort was made to correct the situation. I left a small tip after being asked several times. I was hoping to add a picture as I have one in front of the salon and I cannot find the place where I can do that. Will do if possible.

I recently got my nails and brows done here. They did a great job on my eyebrows. I received plenty of compliments on both. I posted a picture of my gel nails. If you’re curious to see I got the pink nails with the coffin shape. I do love my nails however, the guy was kind of rough and cut my thumb. Also in a couple places if you’re looking closely there is gel too far down by my cuticle. I will be back for a fill but next time ask that they are less rough and examine the nail better during the process myself. Very affordable and clean. The woman who works there is very kind.

Prices are better than most but service is off. If you make a reservation you will most likely still have to wait up to an hour after arriving.

They are always willing to work with me. I generally bring about 2-4 nieces and nephews with me to get pedicures and they are always testing them very kindly. I have a foot injury and the Spa pedicure is wonderful.

Paid for nails.gave them an extra $20 accidently.when i realized it.i went back and they denied it.thats so dishonest! Terrible.

Every one was very nice but the quality of the nails is not the best. First time here for a fill and I was not in loved with my nails they look bumpy and I ask for coffin shape and it does not look anything like it. Im giving 2 stars for the employees friendliness and the places look clean.

Worst service ever! Honestly do not recommend this place! Like three people do your nails one for each thing, and then you end with the worst nails ever!

I went there for the first time on Christmas Eve (being the busy mother that I am, it was my only free day) the spa pedi was great but when she got to my full set, she kept stopping to do other things, didn’t cut my actual nail first before applying the acrylic and it’s already raising by the cuticles and catching on my friggin hair and anything else. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!
