Solid suite with microwave, fridge, bathroom had a good amount of space. Nice setup and easy stay. Thanks to Pharlaine (?) for greeting and setting us up with a great room!

The room itself was nice enough, but for a two night stay, we called the front desk a combined total of 7 times between 12: 30am and 4: 30am (2x on Friday; 5x on Saturday) due to guests in vicinity running through the hallways, slamming doors, screaming, you name it). The front desk was within 15 feet of the commotion and there is no way they didn't know what was going on.

They claim to have notified security, but the behavior continued. When we left to check out Sunday AM, the smell of marijuana throughout the first floor corridor was quite noticeable.
The staff was not very apologetic and advised I'd need to take it up with management (who conveniently don't work the weekends). They gave me a business card to contact the manager directly. I left a voicemail for the manager's line I was transferred to despite the voice recording stating that he had resigned and I should contact the front desk.

In parallel, we opened up a case with Marriott Corporate to follow-up and will see what can be done to remedy the situation. See other recent reviews (posted after we booked this hotel) that allude to the same abnoxious behaviors encountered by other guests. One cannot help but wonder whether the manager 'resigned' or was fired, but this is no way to run a hotel.

Mismanagement can ruin an establishment, and this one is well on its way to being run into the ground.

Recently I opted to stay at this hotel with my daughter. During the morning breakfast time both days the old lady who was in charge of the breakfast was misbehaving with the guests. She didn’t have the basic manners how to treat her customers early in the morning. She yelled at my daughter in front of all the guests and asked her to clean her table before she left. Just for knowledge I want to mention to that when we arrived I had to clean my own table as she was hardly doing anything as I suppose this was a part of her responsibilities. She was yelling at customers whenever anyone was grabbing a fruit or yogurt as she had no intention to restock them that fast.
I think it was the responsibility of the hotel management team to see if they are hiring the right person for the right position. I was definitely expecting a better service from Marriott hotels.

This is a great hotel, but the housekeeper didn't respect guests' privacy. I have the guests sign on the door. She kept mocking on the door around 11: 10 while checking out is 11: 00 I think she didn't respect guests privacy.

I went to New York with the family and stayed at the Marriott. It was great. Loved the indoor pool and gym.

Nice room with plenty space, breakfast is varied and good. No room service daily though and they did not have toothbrushes at the front desk.

This is probably the best hotel I've stayed in. The front desk was amazing, the breakfast was delicious and well attended and house keeping kept my room fresh and clean. Food options were nearby. The decor was great and room setup was awesome. The only thing that my room didn't have was a kitchenette but it did not damper the stay at all. The smallest detail that had the biggest impact was the TV welcomed by name!

My family booked seven rooms for my father's memorial service on October 14-16. I thought it odd when I checked in that I had to sign a noise ordinance (rules about when and where gatherings are permitted, acceptable noise levels, consequences, etc.) because I have never in my adult life had to sign something like that at a hotel. Well, I soon discovered why. The hotel must be a hot spot for loud gatherings and parties. Around midnight I was woken up by people in the outside patio area (where the non-working fire pit is). Our room was on the second floor, right above it. I dozed on and off until 1: 30 am and then called the front desk to ask the attendant to please disburse the crowd. Just as I crawled back into bed, there was a lot of commotion in the hallway. I waited a minute or two, and nope, still loud talking. I opened the door to see about ten people in lovely attire - and a few drunk. I asked them to please quiet down as it was 1: 30 am. This was a different group than the patio crowd. Well, they went into the room right next to my 88-year-old mother, who said they partied until 2: 30. In the morning, my sister-in-law said not only did she have to call the front desk about the noise above them, she had to go down and ask in person because the group did not settle down.

I woke at 7: 00 am to discover our room had no water. I called the front desk and was told a pipe had burst, and the entire hotel was without water. Revised offerings were at the breakfast bar, and the hotel handed out water bottles to use for hygiene. Remember that after one toilet flush, there was no water left to flush. My father's memorial was that morning, so my entire family had to get ready with NO RUNNING WATER. And many of us were tired from being up at night because of the noise.

Upon checkout, I asked about a discount due to the noise and lack of running water Saturday morning (the water came back on about the time we all left for the service). The clerk told me that the manager took care of that Saturday morning while on site. I told her I did not have time to speak with the manager then as I had the service to get to. She gave me the manager's card and told me I had to contact him. One of my brothers left several messages, and I emailed the manager. It was several days before my brother was connected to the manager and about a week before a reply to my email was sent. Our room rate was $229/night, and all they offered was a $100 discount for Friday night. My mother, who was supposed to get a handicapped room but didn't, was given a full refund for Friday. Unacceptable. Most of us (who had not taken a shower Friday night) had to attend our father's memorial service tired and without a shower. My family booked two rooms, yet I was refunded just for one of the rooms.

I contacted Marriott directly and was told that "each hotel manages their property onsite" and that I should "continue the discussion with the hotel directly. " The manager's email address is not a Marriott one.

The ONLY bright star at this miserable place is the bartender, Amir. Amiable guy. He assisted us with ordering pizza and made sure we had water to go with it.

A truly beautiful hotel with great rooms. If I had to make a complaint, I wish they had a bit more seating for breakfast. The breakfast was amazing. Very impressive with alot of tasty options.

Front Desk manager extremely rude. My DIL two children were there my grandson sick and vomited on sheet. My DIL put sheet outside room for pick up. Knock at her door they want her out by 12 and called police. Are you kidding me. I arrived quickly to three police officers who couldn’t believe who tried to speak to manager but she wouldn’t change mind. So now she charged her $250 for a damaged sheet they had a week stay paid in full which she now has to wait for. Was put in street with her two autistic children. I wish I had time to call news 12. The owner needs to contact me immediately. This was a race religion and poverty issue as my DIL is a white Jewish women on social services. Disgusting my grandchildren scared to death hysterical crying.

Convenient, quiet location. Friendly, helpful staff. Well equipped rooms, gym, pool. (But, Marriott seems to like toilet-paper holders that are fastened to the wall at only one end of the arm, and held horizontal by a single setscrew. They tend to end up drooping.)

Normally my experience at Marriott is good but not at this location. I had a reservation and confirmation number but when I got there, I was told there were no more rooms available. I am a rewards member and they couldn’t care less. I ended up having to find somewhere else to stay after my 4 hour drive. I complained to 3 different supervisors on 3 different occasions through my rewards program and each time was told someone would contact me to rectify the situation within a few business days. I have not been contacted to date and it’s been multiple months. Poor service was given from the hotel and Marriott Bonvoy. The sad part is, there is no accountability from anyone.

The reply I received below after my complaint is expected. Like I previously stated, no one is held accountable and this hotel can just do what they want with no repercussions.
