The best cupcakes in NYC! I love the original Sprinkles cupcake, Red Velvet, Black & White, and Vanilla with vanilla sprinkles. The creamiest frosting and the cupcakes are always fresh. I will definitely be back!

I placed an order for my daughter’s birthday early in the morning, 7: 00am for pick up at 5: 00pm. I get there approximately 5: 45pm and my order is not even ready. Everyone is confused. Go to the back and print out my order and tell me that it’ll be an half of hour because they are baking a new batch. At this point, I wanted to tell them cancel, however, I ended up having them replace the actual cupcakes with whatever that was available because it was my daughter’s fourth birthday.

The girls in front were super nice. However, that is unacceptable that they had plenty of time to prepare my order and did not do so. They did not even offer to throw in an extra cupcake or cookie for free. I will never order from this location again.

Super upset with #sprinkles cupcakes- I ordered 2 dozens from their website and they promise an overnight delivery. They were shipped yesterday at 11am and it’s 3pm and still have not received them. They don’t specify the time of arrival until after the purchase - called them and their answer was sorry - hope you get them. Never again!

I’ve gotten these cupcakes before but I wanted to try again. I got the black and white cupcake and it was so moist. I was going to take a photo but I ate it. Oops. I also got the vanilla cupcake that was super good. Only complaint is the person working there. Maybe she had a bad day but she just was not on her game IMO. Didn’t seem to care about me as a customer. Didn’t even help me get the points added when I definitely had one so I lost out on some points on my sprinkles subscription (twice). Other than that, everything else was good.

Delicious vegan red velvet cupcakes! The staff member working on Friday evening was very nice, too! I'll definitely go back.

I ordered a 6 layer cake for my sons birthday the cake is really small but adorable so I highly recommend buying cupcakes to go along with it. These cupcakes are definitely amazing I thought it might be too sweet but omfg I love it!

It's a matter of taste I guess but I ordered the vanilla milk chocolate layer cake for my son's birthday. I was super excited to try Sprinkles having read the reviews but the cake was a letdown. It was unbearably sweet, with almost no chocolate flavour. I thought it was just me but then saw that two of the boys took one bite and left the rest also. My friend tried it and couldn't finish it either. Why so much sugar? I'll be going back to our old favourite Buttercup Cake Shop next year.

I came in after a weekend trip with my family to pick up a few sweet treats for the ride home. I got a box of about 6 cupcakes, and when we bit inside they were unbelievably dry and incredibly sweet. It is unfortunate because the staff was so sweet. Unfortunately, the cupcakes were inedible.

I swear every time I get cupcakes from Sprinkles it kinda feels like I’ve never had it before because of how delicious it is! I would definitely recommend for special occasions.:) 11/10

Hmmmmm, so sad. I went into midtown Manhattan for red velvet cupcake and black and white cupcake! My absolute favorites! Since the lockdown it was the first time to Manhattan in 4 months. We are out in Lynbrook, Nassau County. Sadly, I know Sprinkles well enough to know when they are not fresh!

They tasted like they had been waiting on the shelves for me the whole 4 months. The cupcakes were dry and crumbly! It was not that iconic, soft and moist texture I absolutely love.

Hmmmmm, my heart sank when I sat down with my cup of tea! I’m not sure when I’ll be back but hope we can get back to our normal world when Sprinkles was a dream!

I LOVE SPRINKLES. The guy who works at the counter is sweet, he complemented my hand tattoos lol. But for real, they have vegan red velvet cupcakes for my boyfriend, the best gluten free cupcake I've ever had (blueberry lemon) and I love both their regular selection and their rotating selection of cupcakes. Seasonal cupcakes are always fun too!

I put in an order for my moms birthday cake and asked for specifics. I asked if they can put happy birthday lettering a specific way and also asked if they can put some type of design such as a heart or stars on the cake. When i picked it up i checked to see what it looked like it was not what i asked for. You can see the layers of red velvet and frosting of the cake and the lettering on top of the cake was not lined straight. Not cute. Cake was plain and looked like i could’ve made it from home myself. I then called the same day about the cake and spoke to 3 people. Finally spoke to a baker and she was super rude, telling me there was nothing wrong on her side and that what was on the website was what they do. They don’t put frosting around the cake because that is “their signature”. We specifically asked how we wanted the cake and did not receive. Will not buy anything from here.

Sprinkles has the most delicious cupcakes and their prices are reasonable. They have regular size cupcakes as well as mini, and you can even customize your own set of cupcakes spelling out a name or happy birthday it's a nice option they have. The staff members are very friendly, and the location itself is small but clean. Highly recommend if your in the Upper East Side area.

THE BEST CUPCAKE IN THE USA! This is the very first location that Candace Nelson open ever in the US. It’s the mother of cupcakes! The fact that this is a family business that grew to be one of the most amazing places for a sweet treat in the county is worth your money and your time. They don’t only have cupcakes but they also have cookies, ice cream and everything is so good you will be looking for the closest cupcake ATM in your area. You can feel the love in every bite and the richness in flavor! Go, enjoy, and feel one cupcake close to heave! Truly love the dark chocolate sprinkles! Staff is friendly!

Extremely disappointing.arrived at the UES Sprinkles only to find out that 3 out of the 4 cupcake varieties I ordered online several hours earlier were ‘out of stock’. This was in addition to another variety being out of stock earlier than in the day - although all ‘out of stock’ varieties were available online. I was just told my order was cancelled - no effort to try and accommodate me with other options. And these were not all the varieties of the month - red velvet, black and white, etc. My daughter will be disappointed for her birthday. Time to explore other options.

Five stars for friendliness. Four stars for presentation. Whenever I go there’s no cupcakes. Plus no ice cream. Please bring it back!
