Marie and her staff are the best around. If you don't find your dream dress here, you need stronger coffee because your senses need a refresher. There aren't enough stars to give for them!

I got engaged in January 2019 and got married 1 week ago (9/21/19). I knew I had to find a dress quickly given my short engagement. My dress came in the first week of August. It was cutting close, but they schedule your fittings as priority based on when you’re getting married so this was convenient and reassuring. I had a total of 3 fittings and they adjusted my alterations to what I wanted without question. There was one minor problem that was a little upsetting. There were 3 small ink stains on my dress when I went to pick it up the day before my wedding. This was very inconvenient as I was extremely busy that day, however, they had it dry cleaned within 3 hours and it was stain free. I understand mistakes can happen, but take it as a learning experience. Please check the dresses before you bag them up! All an all, I do recommend Spybaby because the staff is very sweet, attentive, and there are many, many beautiful dress styles/options to choose from.

This was the 6th place we went. Despite how burned out we were, they still managed to put a huge smile on my face. Nicole was helping me and she was at least as excited as I was and her whole personality lit up the room the seamstress at the desk was kind and funny and the whole air of the place just made the day so much better. What an incredible group of people that work there. Thank you guys all so much.

Everything was reasonable and flexibly tailored. Every dress was beautiful and unique and I had a blast. They had sizes that fit me and sometimes so well with so much variation in the shape offered in each size category of dresses that the only tailoring I would have needed was a hem. I found my dress and I couldn't be more excited.

The level of customer service I received here was truly remarkable. The care and attention to my wedding dress, as well as the bridesmaids’ dresses and MOB dress, made my dreams come true. I will never forget the kindness and love they showed my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Found my dream dress for the incredible sale price of $50! I'm sure you can find your dream dress too, obviously don't expect to do so for the same price though lol. Helpful and informative staff as well!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Bought my wedding dress from somewhere else about a year ago and my tailor absolutely ruined my dress 3 weeks until my wedding! Went to spy baby bridal and they did everything in their power to help me find a new dress, I wish I could give this bridal shop 100 stars! I found the most perfect dress and they did my first fitting right there! BEST BRIDAL SHOP EVER THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BRINGING ME SUCH RELIEF!

Went with Mom and Grandma to help my granddaughter pick out her wedding dress. Wasn't sure what to expect. Thanks to Maria, the owner, and Stefan, the consultant, I had a great time. They have a huge inventory to choose from and a wealth of experience to help the future bride find the gown of her dreams.

Absolutely perfect. We are headed to a wedding at the end of the month, it's in Florida where the bride lives, the dress was ordered way wrong and we'd been to other places and had horrible experiences. We drove 45 minutes to get up here and we couldn't be more happy, they have a great plan to fix the dress and will have it done with plenty of time to spare to get to the wedding. Thanks so much, you definitely have some new customers, and with us getting married and two pre teen girls, you'll get some business for sure.

I had an amazing experience at Spybay. I was nervous going in and Casey was so helpful and calming. After talking through a few things, she picked a few dresses and the first one she picked was absolutely perfect. She even kept my budget in mind and suggested a but of the rack to get a deal. Casey was amazing and Spybaby takes such care of their dresses that I was excited to buy the dress I was actually wearing. I keep wanting to show everyone pictures I'm so excited! She even said that they can do two of my fitting appointments the same day since I'm from out of town. Thanks Casey and Spybaby.

After working with everyone at Spybaby Bridal, I felt that I absolutely needed to write a review about my bridal experience. I could not have dreamed of a better group of people to work with while finding and fitting my bridal gown. The knowledge and experience of the employees surpassed any other bridal boutique that I walked into. Marie and Maria are extremely kind and gracious. I cannot wait to wear my gown! They made the entire experience one that I will always remember and I am extremely grateful to them.

Came here to find my wedding dress, I had a great experience. I had a personal consultant and other employees would stop and give their opinion. I highly recommend coming here over the other corporate option, you'll have a great time and feel special while trying on gowns.

I didn't see a selection of dresses for the bridal party, mostly just for the bride. They might have them in a book, but it's nice to see samples at your fingertips.

Just has a wonderful time here. The ladies are welcoming and nice. Great selection of dresses and the seamstress Maria was very knowledgeable in providing what kind of alterations could be done to the dress I selected. I was able to find a modest dress (high coverage and back coverage) in a flattering fun style. I had been all over NYS at bridal shops and I should have gone here first!

Dressing rooms are spacious and there are mirrors and pedestals on floor so you can see what the back of your dress looks like.

DO NOT GET YOUR DRESSES HERE THEY HAVE THE WORST POLICYS EVER I HAVE HAD A CHANGE IN WEDDING AND HAD MY DRESS ON LAYAWAY THEY WOULD MOT GIVE ME MY REFUND BACK AND WOULD NOT GIVE ME EVEN AN EXCHANGE! ALL THE MONEY WASTED AND THE OWNER COULDNT EVEN HAVE SYMPOTHY SHE WAS RUDE AND HAD NO CARE IN THE WORLD THIS COMPANY IS THEIVES!

I had a great Salesperson Kara, who was not pushy at all when I left without buying anything. I loved her service so much I returned and ended up buying a dress she pulled for me. I have received several calls for bridal shows ect, so management can be a tad aggressive, but I would much rather support a small business than one of the big bridal chains.

Marie you are my hero. I want everyone to know what you and your staff did for me today.
I was literally on my way, driving, to Florida for my daughter's wedding I was stopping by to pick up her dress and try on mine as it needed last minute alterations. I have to admit that I never really liked my mother of the bride dress from the beginning but seamstress Maria worked very hard to make me happy. I tried it on and just cried. Both Marie and Maria tried to fix what was bothering me about the dress then finally asked the question "do you like this dress? I immediately said no. Marie said you will not leave here until we find you a dress. And that's what happened. Marie and her staff brought me several dresses to try on and we found the perfect one. Then in about 30 minutes Maria altered and steamed it to fit me perfectly and I love it! Not only did they do all that but they brought the dresses to my car and packed them in.
