This is the second time we have used s&s limo. Both times they made the reservation process so easy and the service was fantastic. Jason was our driver for our daughter’s New Year’s Eve wedding this year. He showed up on time; waited patiently for us; got us to the church on time; and back to the venue all with a smile! Thank you Jason and s&s limo. If we ever need a limo again we will call you!

We used S & S for our bridal party limo as well as a shuttle to and from the hotel and they were great! They were punctual for each pick up, and the drivers were all very kind. The planning process and payments were organized and easy, I would highly recommend them for your wedding needs!

I am a wedding planner in the area and I worked with Marc and Bob on 10.21.23 in Ithaca and they were both just wonderful. They had really kind attitudes, were extremely communicative, and were so flexible with us during the day. I don't often have positive experiences with buses and drivers, and I felt like we were in really great hands!

S&S Limo is the ONLY limo company we use every year for our annual wine tour event in January. They are excellent with communication, very organized with presentation of limo and the best drivers! As someone who books plenty of client forward events in the course of a year, let me tell you about Tara. Personable, relatable, everything you could want in a partner to book an event with. While I couldnt even get a response from other local companies, Tara was a consummate professional and understood what was needed, and when it was needed. I'm in the business of asking a little more for outstanding service, and boy did she deliver. Cannot wait to further develop a business relationship with S&S and Tara specifically. When a million dollar client needs to feel like a VIP, trust Tara to handle it.

We used S&S for our wedding this past weekend and they were great! Our driver Mark was friendly and professional, even with a group of 30+ people singing on the bus on the way back to the hotel. I would highly recommend their service.

Used these people for my sons wedding and left hotel before shuttle time given to guests. When people on bus told driver he said he would go back. Family and friends who were left behind ended up missing part of the ceremony. When my son has asked to speak to someone they are not calling back or making excuses. Never again will they be recommended. Especially since they include tip in their bill. Wasn't deserving of tip at all.

Rented a limo bus for a bachelorette, the 26 pax bus for larger parties and had the most uncomfortable bus ride experience.

It felt like we hit every bump in the road, the seats were sliding forward and backward (I was later told this was because they are separate parts, but not told how that was acceptable for them to be sliding as we were in a moving vehicle…), parts on the top of the bus were jangling in an alarming way, sounded like it could fall at any moment and again, the bus must have had awful suspension because we were airborne over most of the bumps during our hour long ride. One of our passengers accidentally spilled coffee over someone else due to the bumps. Our bus driver was great and I have no complaints there, but beware booking this limo company for big groups!

They offered a gift certificate for future use but otherwise blamed the build of their vehicle on our ride experience. Personally, I was upset with how expensive they are compared to other companies when they offer a much worse experience. And they seem to be fine with that:/.

For anyone going to Buffalo, try 716 limos. We had a great experience with them!

WOW! Our limo tour to the Seneca Trail wineries was even better than we imagined it would be! We had Mark as our driver and he was absolutely PHENOMENAL! He was beyond accommodating with what we wanted to do throughout our limo wine tour and shared his recommendations! I highly recommend this experience as it was a highlight for my sister's bachelorette party!
