Great service! My daughter loves her implant procedure performed 3 days ago & going back for more. I plan to visit too. I hope it's amazing for me as well!

I just had a bridge done by Dr. Kia. She displayed such kindness and tenderness. She talked me through the whole process. Best of all was a well done job. I am exceptionally pleased with the job done by her. I gladly received Dr. Kia. A true professional.

On Feb 20th 2023 I went in for service that was paid for. They informed me that they had misplaced my lab and they will try and sort it out and call me back. It's now April 25th and no one has returned my call. I keep calling and they place me on hold until they hang up. I asked for a refund and I no one is addressing the matter.

I didn't enjoy my experience at all. Feel like I was shorted on the service. Some businesses take advantage of you since insurance covers the visit so you get the bare minimum. Why am I here licking my teeth after drinking something cold? Might I need a filling? I don't know because the service here isn't that great. In 2023 your business shouldn't have less than four stars anyways. Good apples at that place suffering for the bad.

The staff here are super awesome, kind and very professional. They have made my visits very calming. You won't find a better dental clinic anywhere close. The front desk lady is very knowledgeable and works hard to ensure we get all the information we need and makes sure we have everything in place to get the best possible care. The Dentists and dental assistants make sure we are ready for any and all work they will do. They are very good people and will work with you if you work with them. Give them a shot and your won't be sorry.

They will tell you they accept your insurance then turn around and bill you.save yourself time and energy, go somewhere else. Dr Gross needed not to sell to them.

All about the money! Before I even received my cleaning I was asked to complete a procedure costing more than $8,000. When I stated I couldn’t afford it upfront they basically just cleaned my teeth and just sent me out. Never received a follow up appointment or even information regarding the procedure offered to me. Not pleased at all.

The 5 star reviews are ALL fraud. This place is one of the worst I have ever seen. The receptionist are completely incompetent. They try to avoid your insurance and make you pay out of pocket fees. When questions asked, they straight out lie. If they answer when you call the office, they put you on hold until disconnected. The dentis rush through everything and is NOT thorough.don't understand how they are still in business. Do NOT go, find better dentist.
