2They advertise online scheduling, but don't keep it updated so when you make an appointment online they call you to cancel it, with no alternatives offered. Has happened everytime I tried to make appointment.
Of the last five appointments I had scheduled, four of them were cancelled by the office.two of them were not cancelled until I was there to check in for the appointment. The last time this occurred I had an acute medical need and it was my contention that the practice had an obligation to provide me medical care as they had not cancelled the appointment and I needed to be seen. They did accommodate me, but would not have had I not strongly (and appropriately) advocated for myself.
In addition, in my experience, it is very hard to get through to a receptionist. I regularly get the voicemail asking me to call back during their business hours, during their business hours.
If I could find a competent primary care provider that was taking new patients, I would not be having this practice tend to my medical needs.
