Great private High school for girls. Very focused on the girls education program. Very strict on rules, religion & attendance. I love it cause it keeps my daughter focused on her education and to care about others beside herself.

This school is absolutely and utterly TERRIBLE. If you're 3 seconds late to class, you get a detention. If you use your phone when you're not supposed to (which is ever), you have to pay 5 dollars to get it back. The students are incredibly disrespectful and cruel while the staff does nothing about it, when "sisterhood" is part of what they stand for. The teachers are verbally abusive. The hallways smell of weed. I could go on. Do NOT send your daughter to this school, I beg of you. Worst 4 years of my life.

First of all I would give this school a zero star, during 2021-2022 although durning COVID times the school was highly disorganized. During the beginning of the year for three months the schedules were not handled properly as students already got use to their schedules and were forced to take classes they already had credits in.and seniors were supposed to take three electives and were all forced to drop all of them as well social distancing was supposed to be in effect while classes had at least 30 students crammed in on small classroom. Seniors were limited to activities while under class men were free to do whatever they pleased and teachers as well as the dean did nothing. Also since there was no social distancing in the hallways they should’ve given the students lockers but the principal said that it was against social distancing policy but she never considered social distancing in the first place. Students are not notified about any announcements, they always have to find out at the last minute which is highly unorganized BUT when students are unorganized they get a detention and a phone call home. As for the teachers there are some that are very good and some of them have very nasty attitude and remarks to make towards people whop don’t deserve it. They highly play favorites to students that do deserve it. During the school year the teachers almost didn’t care on what happened but towards the end of the year they suddenly decided to do their jobs. Their tone of voice and the way that they say things to the students has become very upsetting. College planning has been very difficult. The seniors were left to mainly take care of everything on their own and learn how to do the process. The principal came at the end of 2020. She does not properly do her job which is why there is so much going wrong. As students try to speak to her about issues, she either dismisses them or says she will handle it but never does. If you email her, half of the time she does not reply.

Greetings. I’d like to share my thoughts on this school. First and foremost, this school is disorganized and ghetto. Classes are so boring that girls feel the need to skip and hang out in the bathroom instead. The new principal knows absolutely nothing about running a highschool. She couldn’t be a principal in an elementary school, so there is no logical reason as to why she was hired to be a principal in a highschool. This school is actual hell. The seniors don’t even get privileges nor a senior trip (at least a fun one). This school is horrible and I 10/10 would not recommend.

Before COVID the school was awful ms.roach would look through the bathroom stalls, ms.emener only talks about south bronx community colleges as if that’s the only opportunity the students get.also if a student did anything wrong they would say “that’s not very ladylike” which never made sense, Most teachers only give their perspective and their own opinions on things. And now In this coming up year they aren’t requiring students to be vaccinated and not requiring masks how are they gonna practice social distance when the halls are small and overcrowded and the lockers are right on top of each other.as well the school isn’t kept that clean I don’t feel safe in the school now with COVID. I could go on and on but to sum it up don’t send your daughter here. The only great teacher is mr. Tran
