The shop is pricey and most of the products are available in Champs and Footlocker. Not sure why the prices are inflated significantly. Supreme products are the distinctive products in the shop. Still worth visiting the shop.

I ordered a pair of shoes and it didn’t come with a tracking number and it have been days and I still didn’t get the shoes and you guys don’t have customer service you have a bot taking over your phone and you say that you guys email back quick but it’s been 24 hours I am very disappointed

As of right now, i’m giving it a 3 star.i ordered a pair of retro 12s from their website on august 5th, it’s about to 5 days later and i still haven’t received an email regarding to my tracking number so i don’t know if my shoes has been shipped or it’s still at the store.i’d email them and called them and still no response.please all i want is my shoes and i’m getting worried.

Horrible I ordered a supreme backpack and and 2 days later they canceled my order Bc they said that I didn’t do the billing information correctly when I did and that makes me very upset I saved up so much for that damn backpack I’m never shopping here again

Terrible Quality Control and Customer Service. Sneakers for my boy fell apart after one day. Sent pics to Stadium Goods to get their thoughts, and it was 'sorry for your inconvenience, but nothing we can do' (despite having ordered multiple sneakers online just in the past month).

Bottom line - This company doesn't stand by its products and/or its customers. I recommend all to use GOAT (another sneaker app/store).

Absolutely amazing collection. I don’t get how you can hate this store, I mean it has pretty much everything.

NEVER BUYING FROM THEIR WEBSITE AGAIN! I ordered a pair of Retro 1s from their website, 1 day later I found them for less on stock X so I canceled my order. Days passed weeks passed to this day I have not received my Refund. Terrible customer service I sent out numerous emails and every time they switch me from one representative to another I decided to call and no answer! Do not recommend this website to anyone! Would give it zero stars if I could

I usually never do reviews or buy from apps like this but I took a fish and was not disappointed. Ordered on may 28th and received them on the 31st with standard shipping which really surprised me. The only downside was the packaging could’ve been a little better but the shoe wasn’t damaged so it’s cool ig.

What kind of business doesn't answer the phone? Also I order a pair of yeezys the next day there on the site 100 less then I paid.they charged my card right away but it takes 2or3 days to process order before the shoes ship.smh

Wanted to buy my first pair of yeezys and went to stadium goods. It was a great decision, I’ll never shop anywhere else for my shoes again. Staff was exceptional, the price was right, and let me tell ya, the Yeezy's looked great!

Beware of Return Policy. Wish I would have read fine print. You can only return within 3 days of receiving merchandise for an online credit, which incidentally the website seems to be often out of stock of a lot of stock of the most common sizes and popular shoes. Plus they charge a 10% restocking fee. Kind of a joke. Certainly seems like they don't really need repeat business. Stick with decent companies that would rather see you spend your money there over and over again by keeping you happy!

Bought a pair of Lebron XV LIF online.they showed me a certain colorway on my online order and sent me a totally different colorway. I have tried calling their store numerous times and left a few voicemails. No one has yet contacted me back to address the problem. Their return policy is also horrible. Make your own judgement and decide if you want to spend your money with this company. I will never do so again.

I’m giving one star because the customer service is trash and u guys didn’t send me my tracking number for my Jordan 11s I jus bought now that I jus was reading all the comments I’m starting to thinking you guys are a fruad and this is my first time experience having this problem not shopping with stadium goods

Ordered shoes wrong size, returned in store, never got any refund or store credit after going to the store twice. 642 dollar scam. Horrible customer service.

They didn’t want to accept my credit card cause the girl behind the register said I look like a criminal, I have also used my capital one credit card in this store before. Any future investors should do their homework before putting money into this company
