Stainpro, Cicero NY

One of the worst service we ever used. They were supposed to come here for a second coat for our deck, we tried to contact them for 2 full months and initially they said they would come here mid September, and now they're just ignoring our calls and texts. I'm honestly speechless by the unprofessional behavior these people have shown. When they did the first coat, we were actually disappointed because it didn't look good. The guy proposed to do the second coat for free and we actually said no, because good or not, they're providing a service so we'll pay them anyway. We've been extremely kind and this is how we get treated? So unprofessional.
I will leave a negative review on Facebook as well, because people have to know. This is unbelievable.

StainPro stained my 20x20’ deck, as well as replaced a few boards. They used a high quality stain that provided a great even finish. They brushed the stain in after spraying to ensure an even coat.

Bought a fixer upper to flip. Heard StainPro did interior painting so I gave them a chance.
They did all of the interior walls as well as doors, jambs and window trim. They used high quality paint and did a high quality job.
Contacted Jon to do a punch list prior to putting it on the market and was punctual and did not charge even though some of they punchlist items were others fault.

STAINPRO stained my deck and it turned out wonderful! I would recommend using this company if you need your deck or fence stained. Very professional and easy to work with! I will use them again when I need my deck stained again in 2 years.

Stain pro came out and stained my new back deck, they were excellent, great quality, price and friendly. I have older decks also that they were able to return to new. I now enjoy sitting on my deck again. Will definitely be using Stain Pro again

Stainpro has been doing my deck and Gazebo staining for over 8 years… always very satisfied with finished work. Fair pricing, easy to work with and reliable.

I am so terribly disappointed with this whole experience. The job that was agreed upon was to stain my deck and replace three of the boards, which seems like a very straightforward job for a staining company. After agreeing on the job, they were unresponsive most times that I reached out and did not show up on the original days that were agreed upon. However, I was lenient with this hoping that at least when the work was completed, it would be done right. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Once the stain had dried and I was able to inspect the work further, I noticed that two out of three boards were never actually screwed down into the base on one side and with one of these boards, the screws that were in the board on the one side werent secured to the base, leaving the entire board basically just floating/resting there. This is not only unprofessional, but also a safety risk, especially with a toddler and dog at home. I reached out multiple times, with photos, hoping that they would come back and rectify this since it was a quick fix, and never received a response. On top of all of this, they also took loose trim pieces off of areas on the deck and then used them in other areas, leaving the original areas bare, which looks terrible. See photos for better understanding. Overall, just an awful experience and I would not want anyone else looking for work to experience the same fate.
